Cecilia told Noel that they had to kill themselves. It was the only way. Noel was made to pinky promise that they'd kill themselves by the end of the year. Cecilia said that Noel could make the call on the date, time, and loctaion, all of that. Noel was very afriad to kill herself. She was having second thoughts on this whole Suicide Pact thing but she didn't tell Cecila that. She is so terrified to kill herslef, she doesnt want to do that. She cuts to take away the pain, not to kill herslef.
