Asiya: we will go to hospital visit today after breakfast. So get ready.

Yusuf: but mum, we went to the hospital last week. This week we supposed to go to the orphanage.

Nadia: no, two weeks ago we went to the orphanage, last week hospital, this week is supposed to be for the slum.

Asiya: yes, I know, but Hindu told me that there is a serious case in one of the government hospitals and they need help, that is why I decided that we go to the hospital this week too, after that then we go shopping, right?

Elfarouq: yes.

Yusra: but dad, we shopped everything from Manchester.

Elfarouq: no yusra, we won't do individual shopping; we are going to shop foodstuffs and provision.

Yusra: ok. But mum what about the family and friends visitation? Yesterday you told us to shift it to today.

Asiya: you see yesterday, there was too much work at home that is why.

Yusra: but mum, I wanted to visit Yasmeen.

Asiya: alright yusra, don't you want to go to the hospital?

Yusra: no mum, I want to go to the hospital but maybe the shopping.

Elfarouq: alright dear. No problem.

They all went their ways, 7:00am like every day, they ate their breakfast and nadia drove them to the hospital where they met Dr Hindu and the doctor handling that particular case.

Dr Hindu: this is the doctor handling the case.

Elfarouq: doctor, what is the nature of the case?

Doctor Kamal: sir, the patient had an accident and his eyesight and kidney got damaged.

Asiya: doctor, what is the faith of this patient now?

Doctor Kamal: actually, it's a big job but we can work on them all so that he will at least survive and live fairly healthy. But it takes a lot of resources.

Elfarouq: how do you mean doctor?

Doctor Kamal: you will hardly understand but I explain everything to doctor Hindu and she understood it.

Asiya: doctor, what have you done to help this patient now since it is an emergency case?

Doctor Kamal: we are doing our best; the hospital management had paste his case in various newspapers and sent letters to various offices and people but only one person turned up.

Asiya: what is the total cost of his surgeries?

Doctor Kamal: 850, 000 dirhams.

Asiya: hmm, this is a huge amount.

Elfarouq: what is the patient's name?

Dr Hindu: here is his file, all information about him are inside.

Asiya: alright. Give me.

Elfarouq: is there any other case similar to this?

Doctor Kamal: there are other serious cases but they have all paid their fees, only this one needs help.

Elfarouq: alright. Doctor thank you. Let us go to the wards.

The doctor, doctor Hindu and the rest went to the wards, first where that patient is to see his condition and talk to with his relatives, then moving to the other wards, greeting patients and giving them some charity, like money, milk or fruits.
