Sans
He was miffed, confused, and ready to just say fuck it and give up. Its been a week, and all this girl has been doing is messing with him and tricking him. He had no idea what she really looked like, and he was at his wits end.
He was currently just sitting on a park bench and just trying to collect himself from her putting him on another wild goose chase. He was really, quite honestly, just done with the whole thing. But the place would make a great base, so he kept vigilant.

Nobody
A group of bandits crept into the abandoned city. They had heard rumors of a girl that lived here, but they just needed to gather supplies and rest, okay that was a lie, they wanted to hunt her down and kill her. They had even caught wind that an assassin  for the monsters had come to the city and wanted to see if they could kill him too.
They stalked through the city, taking note of things before finally spotting the skeleton monster they had heard of, he hadnt noticed them yet, so, they attacked.

Sans
He didnt see it coming, a bullet striking him in the ribs,  he staggered forward, pain sending him reeling, he was in no condition to fight, he was all tuckered out from chasing the girl and couldnt defend himself properly.
Yet he faced his attackers with a grim frown. He raised his arm, summoning bones and having them head straight for them. They dodged them and kept shooting at him. He blocked as many attacks as he could, but he was already worn out. He knew he would either have to run, or he would die. Finally thet got a good shot in, hitting his right leg.
Sans fell to the ground with a pained grunt. He knew he was too weak to fight, that he was going to die.

Skeleton Girl
She had been watching the skeleton, and when he was attacked she saw it. She let him handle it, but when she saw him collapse, she couldnt take it, she wouldnt let him die, she hated death and didnt want to see anyone die. Plus he was too much fun to mess with.
So, she flew forward and blocked the final blow, swinging her sword and sending it flying. "Not in my city you dont," she growled, facing her opponents, her sword pointed at them. She smirked under the mask. "Face me if you dare!" She challenged.
"Youre the famous Skeleton Girl? Ha, you look younger than fifteen, im not afraid of you." The man pointed his gun at her, shooting a few times.
She dodged expertly, before dashing forward and in one swift motion, she cut off his hand, the one that held the gun. He screamed, blood spouting from the severed limb, stumbling back, his companions sharing looks of shock.
"Get. Out. Of. My. City," she snarled, and they ran, pulling the injured man behind them.
She straightened herself and turned to the injured skelton.
"Why did you help me?" He asked weakly.
"My city, my rules," she answered. "No one is allowed to die here. Even you."
"Heh, you....are a.... a weird....hu..man..." he fell to his side, passed out cold.
She sighed. "Welp, guess ive got to help you now, huh?" She picked up the skeleton before flying them both to her abode, with full intent to treat his injuries.
