  I slowly went over to Bella and Julie. I looked down at Julie and she did have blood on her clothes and her eyes were closed.

I turned and looked at Bella and gently took her face into my hands and made her look at me. “I need you to let me take Julie so I can check her alright.” Bella nods her head slowly.

  I gently take Julie into my arms and walk into the kitchen. “EMMETT I NEED A BLANKET NOW. Thomas can you tell me what happen buddy?” I asked. Emmett come running back in and laid the blanket out on the Island. I gently laid Julie down.

 “Aunt Rose was holding sissy and the bad man came from my bedroom. He hit Aunt Rose in the back of head and she fell to floor. When Mommy went for sissy they were fighting with sissy when mommy was trying to get her. It happen too fast and I didn't see what happen to sissy. One time she crying next she not. Is she okay daddy?” He asked me.

 “That's what I’m checking now buddy.” I started to gently remove her clothes and once removed I noticed she had a possible broken arm. Then I seen where the blood was coming from. But she was still breathing so that was a good thing. “Emmett I need the first aid kit. But first hand me a warm wash cloth.”

 He handed me the wash cloth and I wiped the blood from her belly and it wasn't deep thank god. I felt her head and she had a small bump on the back of it. That's when she open her eyes.

 “Hey there daddy little angel! “She will be alright Thomas you can go tell mommy.” I told him. He took off running. “Daddy something wrong with mommy. She holding her belly crying.” He said. “Emmett watch Julie please and make sure doesn't move that arm.” I turn and go over to Bella and kneel down and gently cup the side of her face.

 “Look at me baby. I need to see your eyes please!” She looks up at me. “Does it hurt?” She nods. “Can you show me with your hand what the pain feels like?” She lifts her and she shows me throbbing. “Alright so no cramping?” She shake's her head no. “Emmett I need you to call and ambulance please.” She squeezes my hand. “Hey everything could be fine but were not taking any chances understand?” She nods.

 “What the hell my head hurts. Oh my god Bella, the kids.” Rose said. “Rose Thomas is fine. Emmett right there with Julie and I got Bella. But you will need to get your head check no arguments please.” I told her. “Alright this time you get your way Edward.” She said.

 We were at the hospital and I was holding Julie on the hospital bed and Bella was on the other one with Thomas sleeping beside her. Every time they went to move him he threw a fit and put a death grip on Bella so they left him alone.

 They had put Julie asleep to set her arm and put a cast on it and gave her 4 stitches in her belly and told me she had a small concussion.

  The door came open and they were pushing in a ultra sound machine. The doctor walked in behind them. “Let’s check on that baby shall we.” He said as he put the gel on Bella stomach.

  Then I heard it the heart beat. “Well what do we have here?” He says. I get up slowly with Julie so not to wake her and walk over to Bella’s side.

 “What is it?” I ask him. “Well that's not one heartbeat you hear that's 2 you hear. You're having twins. But from what I am seeing here and I can't understand is how is she even pregnant at all?” He turns the screens and points out all the damage that was done to her uterus and my eyes widen in surprise. Then when I see the babies a smile appears on my face.

 “So the babies are alright?” I asked. “Yes! But Bella on the other hand is not. She sustain alot of injury and will require alot of rest for the next couple months. For the next 2 weeks though she is going to need help to move around. So you young lady no getting out of bed unless someone helps you and no bedroom actives for at least 3 weeks or you put on a certain amount of weight. I will have someone set you appointment with you in my office seems how I am the high risk ob doctor around here. Oh my name is Susan Bright call me Susan please because I really hate the Doctor crap and if you call me Ms. Bright I just might bite your head off.” Both Bella and I laugh.
