Hello! This book is meant to advertise a movement I created called End Hot Jerks. Allow me to explain what it is.
In a lot of romance stories, the male love interest is a hot jerk. He teases, puts down and is rude to the main character, and sometimes even bullies her! In stories with more severe themes, he sometimes even kidnaps the girl. And yet she always falls in love with him.
This is not okay. No girl should be in a relationship with a guy who is rude to her, who bullies her, or who kidnaps her. (At least, not unless it's specified that she's in an unhealthy relationship). Anyway, that's why I created End Hot Jerks. I aspire to put a stop to the hot jerk stereotype.
To participate in this movement, write a story where the protagonist meets a good - looking jerk but does NOT fall in love with him. She MUST reject him, and mean it when she says that she hates him, in order for your story to be part of End Hot Jerks. Tag the story with "EndHotJerks," "NoHotJerks," and "EHJ," and I will give it a shoutout in this book.
