Lauren was extremely sick, she went to the kitchen made some alphabet soup, as Lauren is eating the soup she sneezes and a creepy rusty voice said "Bless you". Lauren says "thank you" and continues eating her soup but she realizes that she was home alone, she looks at her bowl and sees letters spelled out saying "turn around."
