How to Get Married in 5 Months

Chapter 3/ A Big Surprise

I fell asleep at 3 am in the morning after Addy gave me a lecture about how she has made the household better without me lerking around the home spreading negativity. I think that's just not true. I was the one that brought everything alive in this household.

Now they made everything illegal here. No bake sales. No lemonade stand. No garage sale. No anything. Now they just sit at home doing nothing or their putting up decorations. Either one, I never liked.

I felt a smack in my face when I woke up. "Wake up! It's time for breakfast!" She yelled. But she left before I could plant my feet on the ground.

"Morning, guys". Said my mother. She always looked happy when I was around. Like I was the lucky one. The one that was just plain nice. That makes me glad.

"Breakfast is served." Mother said. Yummy! She made confetti pancakes with syrup and orange juice with a red and green straw.

I always got the smallest part of the pizza. If you know what I mean. I always got the poop side of everything and no one gave a crap if I was happy or not.

Anyway, Addison got the big pancake and I got the little one. But I made ANOTHER mistake by asking if she had a boyfriend or if she wanted kids. Her face went from happy to be alive to I wanna kill myself.

Mom saw Addys face and asked very gently, "Are you having sex with Mark?" Addys face got even worse. "Sweetie, you didnt." Moms face and Voice was intensifying. "It was only one time, mother. I didnt know he would get me pregnant." Addy slapped her mouth. "You are what?!?!?!?!" Mom screeched. Mom never liked secrets in the house. Especially a secret that you are having sex with someone and you are pregnant!

"How dare you conceive an infant under my household without telling me? You should have said so, baby." Wait, what did that old bat just say? Addy had sex and is pregnant but you are still keeping her in the household? Your not going to punish her at all? If I did that I would have been killed and buried in the yard.

Everyone hugged and cheered. Especially my father. I stood there. Just stood there. Amazed. Baffled. I really couldn't believe it. My father looked at me and said, "Hey, Wendy!!Why aren't you cheering for your sister?" Addy stopped cheering and clapping and gave me an even uglier look. "Because she is no fun. Even when I have a fetus in my body, she can't be happy for me. Not even glad!" Said Addy. She started crying out of clear day and everybody bought it. They hugged and comforted her. But she was staring at me with a big ol'  smile on her face. I really wish I didn't have an insane family.
