THIRTEEN

yoongi stared at the brunette as he ordered their drinks. he loved how his hair moved, tickling his tanned skin of his ear. the way he used his hands to talk. how he licked his lips, how his eyes narrowed before he spoke.

taehyung returned, a small smile resting on his face. "here you go," he handed the blonde his drink and sat down.

yoongi thanked his as he slowly slipped on his drink, making little contact with the brunette in front of him. the older desperately need a wake up call so he can snap the heck outta this because this is honestly so embarrassing to him. he hated being nervous.

"so do you want to go somewhere?" taehyung asked, catching yoongi off guard. the blonde's eyes found the youngers.

he nodded nervously, taking a sip of his drink. "where?" he asked.

"you'll see," taehyung smiled.

when they were finished, they both awkwardly walked out, the small breeze ruffling both their hair. taehyung bumped into him, his hand gripping lightly on the smallers bicep. yoongi was engulfed in the scent of strawberries.

"ah, sorry." taehyung stepped away, the warmth taken with him.

yoongi shook his head and stood closer to the taller. "it's fine."

taehyung smiled. he hesitated but slowly wrapped his hand around the others. "let's go then."

"this is where you wanted to go?" yoongi asked, smiling at the blushing brunette.

taehyung nodded. "its not a bad place okay, leave me alone." he quickly walked into the dog cafe, dragging yoongi along with him.

"didn't we just come from a cafe though?"

"yoongi," his low voice seemed to send shivers down his spine at the taller leaned in and whispered in his ear. "don't question anything. look, dogs." and he walked away leaving yoongi frozen in place.

"rude," yoongi muttered, bending down to pet the dog that jumped at his feet excitedly. "do you think taehyung is rude?" he asked the dog. all it did was tilt its head to the side, it's pink tongue hanging out cutely. "me too," he muttered.

after playing with the dogs for a while they finally left. they were walking towards yoongis apartment, closer than average friends would walk. hand in hand they stopped at the entrance of yoongis apartment.

taehyung smiled. "you don't live that far away from me. that's cool." he looked down at their intertwined fingers, rubbing his thumb against yoongis. "i hope that we can hang out more, is that okay?"

yoongi smiled. "yeah that'll be fine."

"alright." he let go of yoongis hand, and leaned in and placed a wet kiss on his cheek. "see you later!" and he ran off, leaving yoongi yet again frozen in place.
