~Chapter Two~

I inhaled the smell of smoke and alcohol as it whirled around the air. I coughed uncontrollably at first but then my body become used to it after a few minutes. Rainy had already been pulled away by a group of girls who were obviously wasted. They handed Rainy a red plastic cup and she downed the alcohol in it in probably record time. Her and the group of girls started dancing to the blaring music that boomed throughout the massive house. I felt as if I was going to be sick so before I made a huge scene of vomitting everywhere I pushed past the mass of people and franctically looked the nearet bathroom.

I found myself walking down a close to empty hallway and then all of a sudden I ran into someone. My eyes immediately darted upwards and they were greeted by piercing green orbs. In front of me was a boy with a mop of curly brown hair, a leather jacket, and a lip ring sticking through his bottom lip. I was frightened to say the least.

"I-I I'm sorry." I muttered lowly and I felt the red flush of embarassment grow up my neck and onto my cheeks. At least my stomach had stopped hurting.

"It's fine. Were you looking for something?" The boy said with a deep husky british accent which threw me off guard. His words sounded warm and inviting but his eyes held a devilish glimmer that made me feel slightly uncomfortable.

"Uh yeah. Do you know where a bathroom is here?" I asked as I purposely avoided his gaze. I could feel his eyes scanning my body which made me feel even more uncomfortable.

"Yes considering I do live here I guess I could show you to the bathroom." The boy winked as he took my hand in his and lead me down the end of the hallway. I was taken back at his bold gesture but then again he didn't seem like the "shy" type.

He opened the door up to reveal a darkened room. He flipped on the light and shut the door quickly behind me. There was a neatly made bed, a bookshelf, and a single dresser in the room.

"This doesn't look like a bathroom." I said nervously as I thought of what was about to happen next. The boy just laughed at my ditzy remark.

"Yeah I guess I took a wrong turn." The boy smirked as he stepped closer to me which I in turn shuffled backwards until I eventually ran into the wall behind me.

"Please don't hurt me." I whimpered as the thought of this boy taking advantage of me raced through my mind.

"Don't worry sweetheart this won't hurt a bit." The boy whispered in my ear and before I had time to react he crashed his lips against mine. His lips were soft and tasted of metal and vodka. He agressively grabbed for my hips and pulled me even closer to him. I struggled to attempt to pry his arms off of me but when that didn't work I resorted to the only thing I could think of. I bit down on his bottom lip as hard as I possibly could.

He quickly reacted by throwing me away from him. As he tore his face away from mine blodd seeped from his lip. His face had twisted into a scowl and his eyes were wild with anger.

"Why the fuck did you bite me you stupid bitch?" The boy growled at me but before he could grab me yet again I flung the door open and darted down the hallway trying to get away from him.

"B, what are you running from?" Rainy slurred as she staggered over towards me. I sighed a sigh of relief as I saw her familiar face.

"We need to go." I quickly stammered as I latched onto her wrist and pushed our way through the crowd, yet again.

"Hold on let me at least say goodbye to Smoke before we leave. I mean after all this is his house and his party." Rainy pulled away.

I froze instantly and my eyes grew wide with suprise as I thought of the boy with the leather jacket. He was Smoke. I had just encountered the infamous Smoke.
