He asked her today. He got turned down. He had texted me afterwards, and I went over to his house to comfort him. He wasn't as hurt as I had expected. We just talked. He mainly avoided the topic, after I assured him it would be ok if he wanted to talk about it he still didn't want to talk about it. I let the topic drop, I tried as best as I could to comfort him, make him laugh... I think I helped him a bit but I'm not sure. He's hard to read at times. Most of the time. I forgot how much i loved simply talking to him.
