MASAYANG pinagmamasdan ni JC ang kanyang anim na taong gulang na pamangking si Gio. Lumulundag at gumugulong-gulong ito sa kaka-install pa lang na matrimonial bed nila ni Aimee. Nasa bagong bahay sila ngayon na binigay sa kanila ng kanyang ama.

Hindi biro ang pag-install ng water bed kahit pa tinulungan siya ng mga empleyado ng kumpanya na pinagbilhan niya nito. Dapat kasi ay hands-on siya sa pag-iistall ng kanilang matrimonial bed. Kontra pa sana siya sa gusto ni Aimee na water bed sapagkat konting galaw lang ay nakakahilo na lalo na kapag sexy time. Pero wala siyang nagawa sapagkat yun ang gusto ni Aimee. Besides, he just wants to please her.

Nang masigurong maayos na ang kanilang kama, sinabihan niya na si Gio na maglaro rito. Gio was born in the year of the dragon. Mainam ito upang masigurong magkakaanak sila ng lalaki ni Aimee. When he noticed that his nephew was somehow tired, he gathered all their stuff and drove him home. Pagkatapos ay inihatid niya ng wedding gown ni Aimee sa bahay ng mga magulang nito.

NAPAG-ALAMAN ni Aimee na dumaan sa bahay nila si JC upang ihatid ang kanyang wedding gown. In fairness naman dito, nag-e-effort talaga ito para sa kanilang kasal. Mas hands-on pa nga ito kaysa sa kanya. Lahat kasi ng mga kailangan niyang ihanda, pati mga pre-wedding rituals and preparations ay ginagawa ng kanyang ina.

She must admit that she's still not in favor of their marriage. Hindi pa rin kasi mawaglit sa kanyang isipan ang pagsagot ng babae nito sa kanyang tawag. Just the mere thought that JC fucks someone else makes her stomach cringe.

She's trapped. Alam niya na hindi niya na maiiwasan ang kasal nila ni JC. She just hopes that it would turn out well. After all, she felt their connection. And deep inside, she's still hoping na sana mauuwi sa happily ever after ang kanilang fixed marriage.

Kan Chiu – JC & Aimee's Wedding

Aimee's being made up by a popular make-up artist who also happens to cater to local celebrities. Her wedding gown was tailor-made by the famous Hollywood designer, Vera Wang.

In less than three hours, ikakasal na siya sa lalaking ipinagkasundo sa kanya ng kanyang mga magulang. God knows how much she wanted to back out. But she keeps on thinking about her family. If she backs out, her dad would be very much devastated.

"Can you please give me a minute?" pakiusap niya sa make-up artist. Ayaw niya kasing makita siya nitong umiiyak. Alam niya na hindi niya na naman mapipigilan ang emosyon niya kaya mas mainam na ibuhos niya na lahat ngayon para presentable siya mamaya sa simbahan.

"Pero, Miss Aimee..."

"Please, I just need to be alone for a while," dagdag niya.

Tumango ito at lumabas ng kwarto.
