Goodbye Taylor

I woke up completely forgetting about what had happened the night before. Did we really do it? I looked around the room. Sheets everywhere, tables flipped, and there he was. My little baby Taylor, asleep on the floor. He woke up soon after me and layed down next to me. We decided to ditch disney day and spend some more time together. My phone died over night so I found an outlet and plugged it in. As soon as it turned back on my notifications blew up. Taylor had tweeted a picture of me asleep and not very many people liked the fact that he manage to take such a picture as that. I scrolled down my lock screen feed only to see my mom called me 13 times last night. Shit. I decided to step onto the balcony and called her back.

"AMYLYNN WHY HAVE YOU NOT BEEN ANSWERING MY CALLS IVE BEEN WORRIED SICK!"

"Sorry mom my phone died"

"WHOS HOUSE ARE YOU AT?? IVE CALLED ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND NONE OF THEM KNEW WHERE YOU WERE"

"Oh ummmm I'm at Michelle's house. She goes to my school and you don't know her very well sorry! I gotta go we're eating waffles bye!"

"NO AMY WA-"

I clicked end call so fast and hard I almost dropped my phone. By the time I get home tonight she'll have forgotten this. Taylor stepped onto the balcony an grabbed my waist from behind and put his head on my head. I felt safe around him. I felt like things were changing until I remembered he was going back to Texas tonight. a tear began forming in my eye but I wiped it before Taylor noticed. I looked up and he kissed me once more. we walked back inside and he began packing. my mom texted me saying she'd pick me up in 20 minutes. I only had 20 minutes to say goodbye to the love of my life. I walked outside the hotel while he checked us out of the hotel room. his taxi was here. this was it. my biggest fear is that this would be the last time I would ever see him. the taxi man came out of the cab, grabbed Taylor's bags and stuffed them into the back of the car. Taylor told the man he'd be right back. he grabbed my hand and pulled me to the side.

"I'll always be with you even thought well be far apart. I promise you that I will try my hardest to make this work. you will never leave my mind. I love you Amylynn"

I got caught up in the moment and hesitated.

"I love you too me Taylor Baxter. I will never forget the memories we've made the last few days. stay safe."

we kissed long and hard before the taxi honked, letting Taylor know he had to go. I walked him into the car and said goodbye one more. this was it. goodbye Taylor. I'll never forget you.
