You know how rain drops are safe and hidden away in a cloud, and then just like that, the cloud burst and all the rain drops come crashing down, hitting the pavement. Vanishing after a while, and then never coming back. That's how I felt when I lost my sister. My twin sister. Because now, she has no cloud to keep her away from danger. Until I also get kidnapped. It was the only way to be with my sister. And now, she has someone to protect her. Me. This is my story on how my sister was kidnapped and so was I.

My feet practically clenched to the concrete, my hands shivered in a identical pattern with my legs, and I could feel the little rain drops crash against my scalp as my fingers held one another in my jacket pockets. Currently, I was waiting for my sister at the bus stop, sitting on the bench; one which doesnt have a roof top covering it like most ones. Lucky me. As my teeth started to shatter, I cursed under my breath, looking left then right for the stupid bus to come already.

Finally, I could hear the vrooming of the rusty bus coming from the eerie distance. It was almost nine and mom wanted us home by seven. I'm dead, not my sister, but me. I always get the blame for everything. Ever since we were born, and I was the older, it's always been me. Yet, I was only a minute older. Were twins. Born triplets, but just twins now.

I quickly got up from the bench, instantly noticing the back of my jeans had become wet. Raising my sleeve's up, I cupped my hands into a O shape, and yelled to my sister as the bus came to a stop. "Daliah! Hurry up! Mom's gonna kill me if you don't move your ass!".

I could tell she heard me as she snapped her head into my direction. She nodded her head, trying to rush off the bus, and as soon as she did I grabbed her stuff and we both started running down Mullberry Street.

As we reached the door step to our house, which wasn't much, just a rinky dink one story house, I dropped Dal's stuff down to the side of my shoes, and knocked firmly on to the door. Boy, was that a mistake. As soon as the door flung open, my mom grabbed us both and pulled us in, giving me no time to pick up Daliah's stuff outside. You can imagine what happened next. A ear full of yelling and me ending up with the fall. That's just how the "cookie crumbles".

The next day was oddly different. My mother sent us off to the mall to go shopping, and not for something in particular, but literally she sent us both off with fifty dollars and boom, off we went. So there I was with Dal in the mall casually walking around, nothing really interesting me as I peered at the glass windows with maniquins in them. Until we both spotted a store that caught our eyes. It was named Traffic.

Instantly, we both ran to the enterance, using our eyes to browse the racks of clothes and our nostrils to smell the different aroma's caused by the various perfumes. "Oh! I like this one." I turned to my sister to see what she was talking about. Noticing she was holding up a sequin golden blouse, indeed it looked lovely. So I carelessy looked at the pricing, seventy dollars. "Pleeeeease! Marie, can I get it?" I nodded, giving her a warm smile before she took off with it, practically leaping towards the dressing room.

"You almost done in there?" I said as I had my back leaned against the dressing room door, waiting for her to knock so she could come out and show me. She didn't reply to my question. Maybe she was just fixing the "final touches" to the shirt.

A few minutes went by, so instead of waiting, I knocked but quickly turned the door knob, only to find my sister not in the room, and the sequin shirt on the ground. Standing still, my heart started to slowly race, staring at the shirt and then at myself in the mirror. Where had my sister gone to?

Clenching the creasing of the doorway, I slowly began to fall into a panic attack. My breathing quickly became difficult and I started slouching down to the floor, so my head was close to my knees. "Don't panick Marie, don't panick. Get back up. Maybe she's just in another dressing room and this is someone else's room, yeah, that's it."

I got back up slowly, before loosing my balance, unthinkably I grabbed on to a shirt that was hanged up in the dressing room, but I only tore it as I fell to the ground, hurting my knees from the hard flooring. "Ma'am, is everything okay?" I could hear one of the clothing workers say, only seeing a blurry image of the person in the door way.

"It's my-" Beginning to feel dizzy, I clenched my stomach, feeling like I might puke, I got up again, walking as if I was a drunken old man coming from out of a bar. Pushing the worker past me, I held on to the nearest table of clothes before finally throwing up over the edge. I could hear the worker slowly come closer to me, so I raised my arm in her direction. "Stay back, I'm okay."

"Ma'am is everything alright?" She asked anyway. I opened my eyes, breathing heavily, before turning her way and finally catching my balance. "No, everything's not alright." I said in a whisper like tone, on the verge of tears. "Have you seen another girl in here, she looks just like me, maybe in another one of your dressing rooms?" I now looked around, noticing everyone else in the department staring at me as if I was crazy.

I stepped closer to the worker, only making her flinch. I let out a grunt before continuing. "Well?" She cleared her throat and straighten herself before replying. "No, I haven't. A girl never came up to the register to get a key for a dressing room." My heart dropped. "No? There must be a mistake. We both walked in, if you didn't see her, where could she have gone then!" I raised my voice, only making me regret doing so.

MARIE! screamed through my head, making me clasp my hands over my ears in a quick motion. After that, all I could feel was me plummeting to the ground and then everything went black.
