This book is for all you people with or going through depression and I just wanted to tell you... your beautiful inside and out. I've seen what depression is like most of my best friends/friends are depressed. If you have a friend that is depressed or is going through it help them out, be there for them don't just ditch them because one day in life your going to need them but when you go to turn they won't be there but don't give up on trying trust me.... life may be hard and you may want to kill yourself but don't take your life away to fast because you never really know what's going to happen in the future.
