Kyle

Last Wednesday night, in the last game of the season, the last game of the World Series, the game that will decide if we will be the one's holding the trophy or not, I had the opportunity to start. I woke up that morning and for the remainder of the day, I felt like throwing up because of how nervous I was, and you said you felt the same way.

But you just grabbed my hand, and said, "I don't know what's going to happen, but I do know that Chicago will still love their Cubs and Chicago will still love you."

I don't know how, but you managed to ease my nerves.

And as I walked into the locker room a little bit after Kris made the final out, you were standing there until you saw me walk in, and you just rushed over to me to fall right into my embrace.

"I'm so proud you," you said, though your voice was muffled from being pressed up against me. I didn't say anything else, I just kissed the top of your hair, and tried to pull you closer.

Eleanor, you are my biggest fan.
