Ezra's pov:
I was after dark and I carefully snuck out of mine and Kanan's room. When I closed the door I noticed the others were just getting out too. "Ready" I ask and they all nodded their heads yes. We ran outside after opening the ramp as quietly as we could. I was the first one to take my jacket off to reveal my dark blue wings with orange tips. Then Erin with her black wings and dark blue tips. Next Eli revealed his dark green wings with grey tips. Finally Shana shrugged her jacket off to reveal her white wings with light blue tips. We all winced as we slowly opened our wings to their full length. "One, two, three!" I said and we lifted off into the air. "It feels so good to let them out" I said and Everyone murmured in agreement. "Hey guys watch me" Shana said and she tucked her wings in and started FALLING!. We all shot down to get her when she quickly opened her wings and shot back up doing a loop. "Shana!" We all yelled in unison and she giggled. "Yes" he asked and we all glared at her. "Okay okay, I'm sorry" she said and then started flying next to us again. We just flew until dawn when we all realized that everyone was about to wake up. "Oh, guys we have to go" I exclaimed and we all flew as fast as we could back to the ship.
Erin's pov:
I was pretty sad that we couldn't stay out just a bit longer, but we have to keep it a secret. If people knew that we have wings, would come after us and the crew. We all landed and folded our wings in. We then snuck back into the ship and got in our beds.
