I made this a while back and it turned out pretty amazing. I'm actually really proud of how it turned out.
Anyways if you want to know what program or app I'm using its Medibang. My friend suggested it since I have an lg stylo. I have yet to have this for my laptop since I do have another program but I don't use it that often with my tablet.
