She pushed her hair behind her ear. "You might want to take a sit for this." She said shyly. I grabbed a chair for the table so did Robert. We sat across from her. "He's my adopted father." Roberts mouth dropped. She didn't look up at us. I closed Roberts mouth. There was silence for a bit, till Rebecca broke it with her story. "I was five till they passed away, my mom and dad. My mom was diagnosed with cancer, so she was at the hospital for 24/7. She couldn't leave. She was so weak. Her lungs didn't work properly so they had bunch of tubes and needles suck in her. It was hard for my dad. He had to work 24/7. So he can take care of me and my mom. I barley got to see them. When I do it always turns out to be a crying fest. We always say 'Okay is our always' it's from fault in our stars. We say okay a lot. Anyways. My mom pasted away and my dad found out that she was pregnant. So when she got pregnant she was diagnosed. (That's what the doctors say). So they are basically saying that my was soon to be baby brother or sister got my mom diagnosed so that they don't get sued. My dad was a wreck less mess. He was getting crazier every second. He started to get mad at me cause of my mother. He started to blame me." There was a tear in her eyes. She took a deep breath. Like I mean deep, then she continued. "One night while I was sleeping he was about to, to, to kill me." At this point tears were rolling down her eyes. "So they put him in jail, then he was sick of life and got so crazier that he wanted to see my mom again. So he saw her by passing away too." Now she was bailing. I know what she meant but 'he saw her by passing away' he competed subside. "So they put me in adoption, and guess who adopts me. THE STUPID DRUNK IDIOTIC MAYOR." The librarian looked at us. She looked like a red terrifying marshmallow. Her face was red as a tomato, or even redder. Her eye brows turned into a triangle. Her eyes were like golf balls. Her glasses seemed to shrink or her face got larger. "Shh Rebecca, it's okay." I tried to clam her down before the librarian kicked us out. Robert seemed to panic. He was looking every direction. He ran up to Rebecca and grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the library. That happened so fast that I guess the librarian didn't see. She just kept looking at me, I waved and smile then left like nothing happened.
