Jack and I wow. We've been dating for about a week or so now and I am really enjoying it. We aren't as awkward as I thought we would be, it's like we never even started dating. Delly is trying to convince me to go and see everyone, but I just can't. After what I did I can't even think about it. Jack also Saying that I should talk to my family, but I just can't. I'd rather just stay away from them, they don't need me. Today Jack and I are going on a date he said it's a surprise and I cannot wait to see where he takes me tonight.
It's about 7:00 and Jack should be picking me up soon he told me to dress nice, so I decided to wear I red dress with some jewelry. He arrives ten minuets later and we are off to our surprise date. Before we get there he tells me to put on a blindfold on so I did. When we arrive he leads me out and all I see at this point is darkness and I am super scared to bump into anything. Jack pulls out a chair for me and I sit. He sits down next to me and tells me to take off my blindfold. When I do I am totally speechless. I cannot believe where I am right now it is so beautiful. Jack had brought me to an amazing restaurant and rented out a small section just for us. When we sat down our waitress came up and she was just like anyone else, or so I thought. "Omg! Jack is that you?!" She said. "Becca! Wow it is so good to see you!" Jack said as he stood up. "Um hi" I said awkwardly. "Oh right, Becca this is Rikey, Rickey this is Becca , my um..." Jack paused. "I'm his ex, we dated a couple years ago." Becca said. "Nice to meet you, I'm his girlfriend." I said trying to be polite. "Hey Becca why don't you join us?" Jack said. "Well alright, why not!" Becca said sitting down. I cough on pourpose making sure Jack remembers that we are on a date. "I promise I'll make this up to you Rickey." Jack says as he puts his hand on my thigh. I nod slowly. I cannot believe this just happened. Jack's ex is joining us on our date. Not the date I'd hoped for.
