GRAYSONS POV
Maddy and I walked down stairs and went to the table
"Wow this smells great!" I says she laughed
"My mum was once a cook" she and I look at her and says
"You never told me that" I looked at her again with a serious face
"Don't look at me like that you didn't tell me about you know what"
"Oh yeah sorry" we took a seat and Maddys mum started talking to me
"So how old are you Grayson?" She asks politely
"You can just call me Gray if you want and I'm 16"
"Oh cool do you have any siblings"she wonders
" yeah I have two a twin brother Ethan and a older sister Cameron I'm the youngest" I say back to her
"Have you met her yet Maddy" she asks her amazing daughter
"No she's been with their dad"
"Oh wheres your dad" she asks me while maddys trying not to let her mum bring that subject up
"He's got cancer their in the hospital"
"Oh sorry hope he gets well soon" she says embarrassed she bring it up Maddy slapped her head
"Don't worry we all hope he does" I smile at Maddy she lip synced to me "sorry".
Soon diner was over I said thank you and my goodbyes I gave Maddy a hug and a kiss then leave.
