"Taylor ! Don’t scare me like that!" I shrieked and hit his chest. Taylor
scratched the back of his head.
"Sorry, I had to come find you. I was worried." Apparently my eyes looked liked I
wanted to say something, but something was holding me back. Taylor
moved my bangs out of my eyes and brushed through my curly/straight
brown hair, the sun making it shine.
"Why did you ditch? You know we have detention today." Taylor pulled me
into a tight hug, wrapping his arms around my waist. He heard me sniffle
and hugged me tighter.
"I know, I was going to be back by 8th period." I laid my head on his
shoulder. We were both standing in the middle of the tracks. Taylor
grabbed my hands and wrapped them in his and pulled me in front of him.
He smiled at me and kissed my forehead.
He put his chin on top of my head. He smiled and watched as the railroad
crossing gates were going down. He looked to his left and saw a train
coming. We didn't move, just standing there as calm as can be. I
perked up as I heard the trains whistle go off. I looked towards the
direction of it and my eyes got wide. Taylor saw me and pulled them both
out of the way, just in time as the train passed them. My heart was
pounding, Taylor still as calm as can be.
"Close call," I said trying to slow down my breathing. I looked at my
watch and saw that 6th period was about to end. I smiled. "We still have
about an hour until 8th." Taylor smiled and lay on the grass. I watched
him, puzzled. I sat beside him and watched the train go by.
Taylor smirked and wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me on
top of his chest. I was surprised at this. I looked down at his smile.
I looked over and saw cars waiting for the train, some people watching
us, thinking that we were going to do something in public. I huffed
at them and lay down on his chest, putting my head on his shoulder. A car
honked at us.
Taylor glanced over at the car and saw them shaking their head no. He
flipped them off. I smiled and closed my eyes. I was too relaxed to pay
attention to the wolf jumping out of the forest. Soon enough I fell asleep.
That’s when it all happened.
(My Dream!)
I was standing in the middle of a forest, everything all happy. I smiled
as I saw a wolf staring at me. The wolf ran off and I had the erg to
follow it, so I did. I watched it as the wolf went deeper and deeper into
the forest. I looked confused and started to walk faster. I watched as the wolf motioned with his head to follow.
