Holland Roden as Gwen Evans
"So that's where you disappeared to." Gwen yawned getting out of bed, heading to the bathroom. "Guys keep it down." two voices moaned from the other side of the room.
I hadn't even realised Brie and Cas where over there. "Well you too clearly had to much to drink." Gwen snorted from the bathroom. I ran over to them and jumped on Gwen's bed. "I came back to find these two fast asleep in my bed." I laughed and jumped on the bed some more causing the girls to moan some and push me off the bed.
Rude!
I warped my towel around my head stopping the little droplets of water from running down my neck. I applied a light layer of makeup and threw my hair up into a bun not being bothered to use the hairdryer. "Are you guys ready yet." Gwen asked impatiently. "Nearly." Brielle replied. We didn't have lessons for another day but today we got our timetables and we're able to explore some more. Luckily Gwen had driven her car here so we were also going to head into the city.
"Ready." Brie shouted. We grabbed our bags and touched up the last of our makeup and headed downstairs into the main hall where students were lined up. A group of girls pushed passed, nearly knocking Cas over. "Watch it!" Brie snapped but they looked back at us narrowing their eyes and then walked away. "Why do girls have to be such bitc-." I covered my hand over her mouth before she could finish her sentence. The line slowly went down and finally it was our time to get our envelopes.
"Surname." An old lady with light purple curly hair sat in front of me. She had bright red lipstick on which smothered her lips and front teeth. "Bryson. Camilla Bryson."
I sat on the stairs waiting for the girls to receive their envelopes . I tore open the brown paper and looked across at my timetable. Latin, potions, history of magic, spells. My timetable didn't look to bad. A shadow and a loud cough broke my focus. "If you want to get past all you have to do is say the magic word." I continued to look at my timetable. "And what may that be love." Recognising the voice I looked up. "Marco?"
He winked at me and then snatched my timetable out of my hand. "It looks like we have a few classes together." I tried to grab the timetable back out of his hand, but he held it higher. "What do you want." I growled narrowing my eyes at him. "Nothing." He smirked stepping over me. "Try using excuse me next time." I looked up to see the rest of the boys sitting in the chairs smiling and waving. I waved back as Marco hit Luka round the head.
Idiots.
I call shotgun Brielle shouted. We all piled into Gwen's car and Cassie took control of the music. "Well at least we all have history together." I took some gum out of my bag and passed it around. "Can we please get some lunch first I'm starving." Typical Cassie.
The journey to the city was much quicker than I thought it would be. Gwen was about to pull into an empty space but some idiot revving their engine and blasting their music beat us to it. We walked around trying to find somewhere nice to eat. I looked around at my unfamiliar surroundings realising that this would be my home for the next 3 years. There was an array of small shops and in the distance a large shopping mall. Being in such a busy town was so surreal to me. My old house was right on the outskirts of the city so everything was much more peaceful.
"What about that place." Brielle pointed to an Italian restaurant in the centre of the town square. It had a large sign on the front that said Donatello's. "Oo Italiano my favourite." Gwen smiled. We made our way to the back of a small queue. "Isn't that Corbyn." Cassie shouted rather loudly. This girl doesn't know what an inside voice is. He turned around and smiled and waved nudging the other boys. They were 2nd in the line and about to be served.
