"So," the bottle blonde interviewer says as she leans in closer, "what was the news you wanted to so eagerly share with us today Louis?" She smiles, her face expectant.
Louis can feel the hot stage lights shining down on him, the makeup Lou put on him earlier making him even sweatier than he was moments earlier. "Well, I just wanted our fans to hear from me first that," Louis looks into the audience of anxious teenage girls before glancing at the boys. Gripping Eleanor's hand, her first time accompanying him to an interview in the entirety of their relationship, before taking a deep breath, Louis continues, his voice rough and slightly shaky, "Eleanor and I are expecting our first child together!"
The studio is silent before the crowd erupts in deafening applause and screams as Louis rubs his own stomach jokingly, a smile on his face as he sags in relief. He kisses Eleanor on the cheek, zoning out as the interviewer no doubt probes for more information on the details of Eleanor's pregnancy.
At least the worst part is over he thinks, still a little unsure of how his outspoken fans are going to take the news after the interview airs.
Little does Louis know, the worst is yet to come. With not only having to deal with management who of course want to milk his unborn child for all it's worth, prepare for a child at the height of the bands success, and all while on tour halfway across the world, where do newfound feelings for his baby's father fit in as well?
Or at least the man who he thinks is the father...
