6. New Friends New People........

I open the door and enter the room and my eyes open wide. There were posters of different actors on the wall clothes were either on the floor or on the chair .looking on the chair it seem that it have been week that clothes are been collecting over there. Suddenly a girl came out of the bathroom she was wearing blue tired jeans and a sleeveless top using her phone chew a gum blowing bubble with it.

I took one step back and look at the door to confirm myself that I am in the right room or not, unfortunately it was my room which right now is so much mess up.

"Linda d'cruz!" I ask in a confuse voice .she hang up the call and turn to me yeah! She answer me, "I am nigah ibharim" I raise my hand to shake and she shake it too. "You must be my new room maid" she conform "yeah I am" I said I step into the center of the room

so this our room and this your bed she pointed to the bed which was mess up with clothes, empty packs to chips, bottle to soft drink, I made a expressionless face and she when to pick up the thing . "Oh I am sorry the room is quick mess she said when embarrassing voice

"No its ok I" said with a smile. The room was quite nice and the best part was it has a balcony in it. I walk to the balcony and stand holding the grills, ahh! I took a long breath with a small smile. So! "Allah please blesses me the good thing I deserve, I have to try, this a new chance, I will not waste it...... I will live it fully" I said to myself.

The cold wind touches my face and I close my eyes. I don't know there was something in that wind which is motivating me, I hope it keep on doing it. "So do you like the place" a voice came from the back and I jump out of my thoughts, it was Linda "yeah it's really nice" I said with a smile and went back in

So that is our closet which we have to share she pointed to the closet and that way is the dresser and the bathroom which also we have to share. These are the tables you can have the one on your side, Linda was telling me all about the room and was moving me eyes to all the points she was telling

So that's it she stop "it good!" I said, "but a lot messy" she said. Oh! Just what I was thinking, I look at her without saying anything. She picked up her thing from my side and throws it on the chair which was already overloaded. "You must be tired you can go get fresh and have some rest" Linda said holding my shoulder. "Yeah sure" I smile at her, "well I have to go out somewhere see you at night bye" Linda said and went out of the room

When she was gone, I can feel my breath again. She is so strange how will I live with her for next four years "oh Allah help me" I said and open my suitcase, take out clothes to change. I took a long shower which make me feel relaxed, I came out of the bathroom set on my bed and call api she must be waiting from my call.

"Hey api!" I said as she pick up the call "hey sweetheart!.... ponch gai sahi say, kaha ho abhi" api ask me as she hear my voice. "gi I am fine and abhi hostel room may hu .....Fresh hoker app ko call ki hai" I told api. Oh! "So how is the first impression of the city and the room" api said

"The place seems good and the room is a little weird.........actually room ajeeb nai hai roommate ajeeb c hai" I said. Why what happen, "boht free living lagti hai, open and independent to life funky type" I told api what I think about Linda. "Oh to that's good...... tum ko bhi asey he life enjoy kerni hai, ziada funky nai hona per live this chance fully".

"Yeah api I know I will try my best to give you a new me"........ I said "that is my sis..... I love my cupcake!" api said and I make a face I don't like when she call me cupcake playschool ki lerki lagti hu ,uff api! Cupcake again...... I rolled my eyes. "Ok fine! Now you have some rest I will take to you later api said and we hang up. its already 7 in the evening, I think I can sleep till morning .I lay on my bed and look up to the celling best of luck nigah! I thought and good night I said so myself and slowly fell asleep.

My eyes open when the sunshine fall on my face. I tightly close my eye "what is this man" I said slowly and sit while rubbing my eyes. I pick up my phone to see the time it was 8 in the morning, suddenly my eyes went to the other bed Linda was sleeping in her vest and a pajamas which was till her knees. Oh! "What girl is she".... I said in my mind, I got out of my blanket and took my hand bag with me to the bathroom. I put my tooth brush, shampoo, face wash, body wash in the bathroom, hang my towel and took a hot water bath. I came out in my bath gown and look myself in the mirror "ahh good morning nigah!" I said to myself looking in the mirror and went out of the dresser

It was a girl's hostel so I feel fine roaming in my bath gown. I look around the room and then decide to clean it, nigah let's do it! I hang my and Linda's clean clothes in the closet and put Linda's dirty clothes on one side of the room, picked up all the garbage from the floor and put them in a garbage bag to dispose it out later.

I went in the dresser where there was a hover I plug it in and start cleaning up the floor. The sound of the hover makes Linda jump up from here sleep "what who is this.... don't think I am scared" she said with her eyes close

I suddenly switch off the hover. She opens her eyes and her eyes go wide open "where am I" she ask to me, "in your room". She looks all around "is this my room", yeah! "I am sorry I waked you up, I was just cleaning the room I hope you didn't" I said in confused and scared voice

"Oh no no it's totally fine..... By the way thank you" she said rubbing her eyes. You can sleep more if you want I will clean the kitchen quietly I said.

"Ahh no I am awake now" she said yawning. "Ok so you can get fresh till then I can make coffee for us" I said with a smile. "Yeah ok" she went into the bathroom and I went into the kitchen, we have a small open kitchen that is attached to our room. It was so mess up I quickly clean it up and make some coffee for us. Linda came out of the bathroom, she was wearing a royal blue sleeveless top and a black jean with here hairs blow dried.

"Here you go" I said giving a cup of coffee to her, "oh thanks".... she said with a smile .she walk toward her bed taking sip of coffee "emm mazeydarr" she said in a low voice and I hear it.

My eyes open wide and mouth half open "tum desi ho" I ask her in shock and she look at me in shock to "tum bhi" there was a silence for a min and then we laugh together. "Yeah mai desi hu" I said sitting on my bed

"So where are you from" Linda ask me I! "Basically I am born in Pakistan but when I was one our family moved to London" I explain her and you! I added." I am from Lahore and ten years back mery parent taxes shift hogye, so I live there but from last 3months I am here to study production management" she said and I laugh. What! linda ask in confuse voice, "I am also here to study production management" I told her.

"Well we have two day to roam in the city, phr to college start hogye ga" Linda said "let me show you New York City" she added. Yeah sure! It was wired that I accepted it, "let me change then" I said. "Yeah sure, till then I'll go and give my clothes for laundry she said picking up the dirty clothes I put at the corner of the room.

I wore I favorite black shirt with blue jeans and my blue denim jacket as it was a little cold, I apply my pink gloss and tied my hair in a high pony tail. I hold my clutch, wear matching pumps and went out of the dresser. I saw Linda she wear a black leather jacket "you look really beautiful" Linda said looking me from head to toe "thank you I blush". "You look more pretty" I sad "bukl bhi desi nai lagti", hahah! She laughs and we left the room
