Today was the day! Clair was graduating for kindergarten and Dean, Cas, Clair, Charlie, Sam, and Gabe pile into the car. "Aunt Charlie!" Clair squeals, Charlie is practically family by now. The ceremony was small in the field behind her school, they all sat front row, sure to get the best recording. When Clair's name was called the Winchesters erupted in shouts and claps.
"You did so good Bug!" Cas hoisted Clair up and kissed her on the cheek.
Gabe came over and placed a little paper crown of her head, having to stand on his toes because Cas was 6' and Clair was at least up to 6'7 on Cas, Gabe was only 5'8.
That night they all went out for pizza which should have been fun if it wasn't for some bigot waitress.
"Oh" she let out at the sight of Clair in between Cas and Dean and Gabe and Sam holding hands across the table with Charlie on the outside of them she probably got the message.
Sam coughed "is there a problem?" He asked
"I don't serve fags" she hissed
Dean shot up for the table and Cas tried to stop him "honey, no" he pleaded but he couldn't stop Dean.
"Look, im here with my daughter and beautiful husband, best friend, and brother with his husband. We're just trying to celebrate her graduation. If you have a problem with us, leave."
"You're all going to hell, you abominations!" She shouted to which Gabe responded in a flamboyant voice "oh honey, your haircut is an abomination and with you here I'm already in hell" the whole table burst into laughter. The manager over heard the dispute and came over "im so sorry about her, we'll make sure to get her fired and the meal's on us" she said and got a new waitress.
"I thought I'd never say this, but thank you homophobes!" Charlie raised her glass
"To Clair!" Sam shouted as the toasted.
