Bestfriends and Boyfriends (Berrytin x Buckin)

part 7

*Flashback*
"Why do you think Jonny wouldn't like it?" Chris asked Guy.
"Because he could probably think that I want to take you away from him because you're bestfriends and you're spending every day together.."Guy explained.
"So when we're telling everyone tomorrow he won't be happy about it you think?"
"I don't know.."

"I just don't want to hurt you and his friendship, you know?" said Guy. Chris looked at him. "Guy, you could never hurt our friendship. I'll talk to Jonny about it privatley, to make sure he understands, okay?" Guy hesitated. "Okay," he said finally.

The next day Guy and Chris called everyone and said that they needed to talk with them. Chris was so nervous and he was a little scared that Guy was right that Jonny wouldn't like it. But he thought the others wouldn't have anything against it or would hate them now.
Soon hey were all gathered in the Bakery, only Jonny was missing. Chris was nervously playing with a pen and his excitement was rising with every minute. He looked over to Guy and he could tell he was feeling the same. Then suddenly they heard steps getting closer. "Hi!", Jonny said, surprised by the serious mood that seemed to be around. "Sit down.", Chris said so now they were all sitting in a round on the sofas. Guy and Chris exchanged gazes, trying to figure out who should start.

After Guy didn't say anything for a while Chris cleared his throat. "Well... We - Guy and me - wanted to tell you something. Um so..." Chris looked at Guy, not knowing how to continue. "So... I don't know if you noticed...", Guy took the word. "But some things, well, changed a bit." Their friends attentively listened to what they said. "What do you mean, things changed?", Jonny asked.

Chris continued again. "About my and Guy's relationship... Recently we realised that, I don't really know how to explain it..." Then Chris decided to just say it the way it is. "Well, we discovered that our feelings for each other changed." The others still seemed a bit confused. "I have feelings for Chris.", Guy suddenly confessed straight out, still very scared what the others would say. "And I have feelings for Guy. Like, more than just friendship.

At first they all stared and didn't know what to say because they were all so baffled. No one expected these news obviously. Well, almost. Everyone jumped when Lara suddenly let out a scream. "Ahh I always knew it! Oh my God I'm so happy for you!" Then she she jumped up and pulled the surprised couple into a hug. The others didn't have such a fast reaction. "This is... Wow I really didn't expect this to be honest.", Will said. "But I'm so happy for you of course! So... You're a couple now?"
Guy looked at Chris. "Yeah, I guess we are!" They smiled at each other. It felt so awkward and relieving to finally have it out. They were both so happy that all their friends seemed accepting or even happy.

Chris was so happy that he felt the strong urge to kiss Guy right now but he didn't really dare in front of all the others yet. So they just kept smiling at each other. He couldn't believe it. So now he was officially together with Guy? He couldn't believe his luck. He loved the handsome bass player so much. Suddenly he wasn't scared anymore cause he knew it would somehow work out with the band everything.

Then Chris came to Jonny who was the only one who didn't seemed so happy with the news. "Hey Jay. Can we talk alone? " 'Yeah, okay."

"About what Guy and I said to you.." "Yeah?"Jonny asked.  "I feel like you're not okay with it and I need you to know that no matter what will happen you're always going to be my best friend and nothing will ever change between us. "
