Bestfriends and Boyfriends (Berrytin x Buckin)

Jonny, Guy, Will and Phil impatiently sat around in the room where the doctors were supposed to bring Chris as soon as his operation is done.

"He's there!", Jonny screamed out as soon as he noticed a few doctors moving Chris towards the hospital room in a bed.

Everyone got up and watched the doctor who was now entering the room with Chris.

He was all covered in bandages and had a plastic tube in his nostrils.

"Is he okay? How did the operation go?", Guy asked.

"Everything went how it's supposed to, if things go well he will be able to leave in a week."

The guys all looked really relieved hearing that Chris was alright.

The doctor did a few check-ups and then told Chris' bandmates: "I will leave now, just call for a nurse with that button if anything happens. He should wake up very soon."

Ten minutes later Chris started to blink with his eyes.

"He's awake!", they all shouted.

Guy walked towards Chris' bed and took his hand.

"Hello love."

Guy suddenly felt really guilty looking at all of Chris' wounds and the bandages covering his body.

"I'm sorry.", he whispered with tears in his eyes.

"Guy? Where am I? What happened?", Chris asked looking pretty disoriented.

"Do you remember anything of what happened?"

"Not really.. I only remember we were driving home from that party.."

"Well, we had a car crash and you had to get an operation. Everything went well though, the doctors say you can probably leave in a week."

"This is all my fault, I'm really sorry.", Guy added in a lower tone, looking down.

"How should it be your fault Guy? It definitely isn't!"

"Well... I was looking at my phone because I was still angry with Jonny..", Guy admitted. "That was really stupid, and it's my fault you are in the hospital now. I'm so sorry."

"I forgive you. It was just bad luck that the car had to crash in that exact moment. Please don't blame yourself Guy."

"Come on guys. There's no point in blaming anyone. It happened and we can't change it now, and what really matters that everyone is alright now.", Will said.

Everyone nodded at Will's wise words.

By 10pm everyone had left eventually, but Guy was still sitting on a chair next to his boyfriend, holding his hand. Guy was struggling to stay awake but he couldn't leave Chris here alone in a hospital room. Chris had already been asleep for about an hour and eventually Guy's eyes fell closed as well while he was still sitting in the inconvenient chair next to the hospital bed.
