The atmosphere between the two individuals was getting intense. Neither of them ever expected to be speaking to each other in such a way. She looked at him with teary and confused eyes, trying to find some answer that would put out the fire inside her heart.

He loosened his grip on her, absorbing what he had been doing. But he didn't dare take his eyes off of her. He wanted this moment to last. He wanted to have the right to her heart, despite the small voice in his head that was telling him other wise.

There was so much that was wanting to be said. But both of them stayed quiet, which left them with the unspoken answer to the question. She stepped back from him.

"It seems like the silence has spoken for us...once again." And with that Alia made a turn for the opposite direction, trying to control the fire in her heart as she always would.
