Mercy's pov:

I have to get ready for school! Man I hate school but I'm an A-B on aroll student plus I have free periods every 7th and 8th.It won't be a bad day today will it? I hope not because my crush is going to be there today too. He is very tall and black hair with brown eyes, and he's also muscular from being a football player his name is James. And theres me tall girl midnight hair with light green eyes but I'm a nerd. Nerds and jocks don't end up being together only in fairy tale books.

"Mercy" my mother yells "it's 6:30 it's time to go to school" I roll my eyes and grabbed my bag.My room was at the top of the house I walked downstairs We lived in a 3 story house because my father is a lawyer and my mother she is a judge so she works with the law. Great now I can't do anything bad like do drugs and all that other stuff but I really never thought of doing that kind of stuff anyways.

"Mercy" my mother yells at me. Once she said my name I snapped back to the real world and stopped day dreaming. "Yes mother" I asked "are you ready for school" she asked with a Im waiting face on. "Yes mom" I said while rolling my eyes "heather is going to pick you up today and I want no boys in the car with you guys do I make my self clear" my mother said with a serious tone by the way she was looking at me. Yup she wants to kill me."yes mother I understand" I said with a fake smile on my face.

I hear a knock on the door. That must be heather I walked to the door and on the other side once I could hear heathers voice laughing and talking on the phone "hey mercy are you ready?" She asked "uh-ya sure lets go" I said ready to leave the house. Heather had blond hair and blue eyes she was a popular kid everyone liked her and she would hang around with me. People would talk saying "o your friends with her eww" or " to bad your hanging around those losers you could been more popular hanging with us" but heather was my friend we known each other since kindergarten. I was still a nerd and she was miss popularity. We have our own crowds but we choose to be together and make a crowd of our own.

Heather and I walked to her light red Camaro with black flames.she goes in the drivers seat and I go to the passengers seat. "So what did she say this time" asked heather with a half smile on her face. "She said no guys in the car remember last time you could not keep your hands off of Kevin." I said laughing while heather was rolling her eyes and laughed a little .

"That was once and I was drunk and plus your my driver when I'm in those situations" she said laughing. I roll my eyes and put on the radio my favorite song came on little girl by who knows who. We finally arrived to our school Park High School "we fight in a pack and we win as a team" our logo.ugh why can't it be named something else. We got out of the car and went straight to our lockers and we stood there talking for a bit until James came walking towards us. I can feel my heart skipping a beat and I got really nervous I can feel my legs becoming jello. " hey heather, hey mercy what are you guys going to be doing today besides being in school for 8 hours" he said leaning against my locker with his arms crossed.

"Nothing really just hangout at the skate park with Kevin and Jeremy.what about you?" She asked while looking at me with a smile on her face. " nothing just going to stay home I think I might join you guys." He said with a half smile on his face while looking at me head to toe. I blushed a little when he did that. "Are you sure we are just going to watch them skate you know?" I asked kinda stupid for saying that. "Yes I'm sure and if you go I go" he said looking at me and then he winked. My heart stopped when he did that. " ok see you then " I said with a smile on my face.
