Just as Vic pulled into the parking lot of his building, we both saw Tony's car.

"Fuck" Vic murmured, and I didn't need to ask why. "Stay in the car and let me handle this alright?" I nodded my head in agreement. Vic parked and got out of the car, while I stayed behind and locked myself in. I couldn't hear what they were saying, even though there were no cars and he was only parked a few spots away. I then saw Tony storming to the car that I was in, Vic quickly following him.

"Melodi" Tony banged his hands on the window to get my attention "I just want to talk give me that." I shook my head no and I could see his anger growing.

"Leave now or i'll call the cops and I'm sure your parents wouldn't be too happy about that."

Tony quickly looked at me and back over at Vic. "Do you not believe me?" Vic screamed "touch my fucking car again, I dare you. " Tony gave Vic a dirty glare, and walked away, accepting his defeat. Vic came over the my side of the car and got me out. "Are you okay?" he gave a weak smile, which I returned.

"Yeah, just a little shaken up." Vic nodded his head and we proceeded to walk upstairs to his apartment. "Why is everyone so afraid of you?" The words fell out of my mouth.

"They just are." His teeth clenched.

"Why. I want to know"

Vic opened the door and walked to the couch "come sit down" he said in a much softer tone. I did as I was told. Vic pulled me into his side, and wrapped his arm around me. "I have to tell you Melodi, you are the best person I've ever had sex with."

"Thanks?" I giggled.

"I'm serious." he said it in a way that made him seem so insecure.

"Oh, well thank you then, I mean I don't really know what to say to that. You're kind of a confusing person Vic."

"Why so?"

"A lot of things that people have told me, a lot of questions that you just don't answer. Things like that."

"Well I'm not an open book" he sighed placing his arm around my shoulders.

"Neither am I, I'm not saying you need to be, just that you're a very interesting book, that I always want more of but can't seem to get."

"Maybe one day" he laughed"maybe one day" he sat there, as I positioned myself so I was laying on top of him, and eventually fell asleep.

"Hey babe" Vics voice woke me "Let's get ready to go to the party! It's 7 now"

"Okay!" I said yawning and streching. I had left my dress In Vics car so I asked him for his at keys and proceeded to go down stairs to his car. I grabbed my dress and heels and hurried back to his apartment. I am a very, very paranoid person, and I hate it, but can't help it.

"Any problems?" Vic seemed very tense when I opened the door, he was pacing.

"Nope" I smiled and held up my dress. "I'm going to go change" I announced as my stomach growled

"We'll get food before we go" he gave me a weak smile. I found my purse and phone that I had left here this morning and grabbed it. In my purse I pulled out a mini straightener, it was the most adorable thing, and I had just recently put it in my purse. I went to the bathroom and plugged it in after closing the door. I changed out of the jeans and shirt I had on, and put on my black skin tight and skin showing dress. I straightened my already mostly straightened hair, and fixed my make up that I had put on this morning. I finally put on my black lace heels, put my purse on my shoulder and walked out. Vic was in Kakis and a black shirt.

"Stunning" he smiled at me, and put his arm around my waist guiding me to the car. "I was thinking we could go to this little Italian place before the party" he said. I agreed and ten minutes later he was pulling into a parking spot. We got a table and he excused himself to go to the bathroom. I pulled out my phone to look at it in the first time in 24 hours. I had about 15 text messages, 10 from a number that wasn't In my phone, 3 from Tony, 2 from Vic. I looked at the 10 from the number I didn't know. I opened them, and felt my stomach drop. They had pictures of Vic and I together from the day, with a text message attacked "watch out".

"Hey" Vic smiled, announcing he was back. I quickly put my phone away "are you okay? Did Tony text you?"

"No, I'm fine" I smiled sitting up and pushing my hair back. Someone was on to me, to us, and I had no clue who.
