It was the day Luffy had been hoping for 3 months to happen! He was finally moved into to New World City to begin his career as a yoga instructor. He had recently graduated from All Blue High School, and had decided on his ability on being oddly flexible from a young age, to make it his line of work. While in the process of moving away from his brothers (who were very possessive of him and seeing him leave them was just too much) he had come across a advertisement in the newspaper that was looking for a new yoga instructor for the Thousand Sunny gym located in New World City. It was lucky too because that's where he was planning to move to since he already had an apartment in mind and that he was going to move into! Back to current day, Luffy had moved into the apartment and all of his possessions were finally unpacked. He started work tomorrow and couldn't wait!

As he placed his straw hat on the coat rack, his phone vibrated and wasn't surprised who it was. "Ah, I knew they were gonna call soon!" Luffy took out his phone and saw Sabo's name glow on the screen. He quickly answered it. "Sabo! How have you and Ace been?" Luffy said cheerfully. He knew that they were still upset about him leaving the nest so he thought bringing his attitude up would help them! He was wrong, "Luffy! Me and Ace miss you sooooo much! The house has been too quiet for either of are liking and there's too much meat in the house." He said sounding still out of it. "MEAT?!?" "Wait is that Luffy on the phone?! Let me talk to him!!!" Luffy could hear Ace's voice. "No I'm talking to him First Ace! Wahh-" The line went silent for a second "Hello?!" No reply until
"LUUUUUUUFFFFFFFYYYYYYY!!!"
"Ace! It's nice to hear you guys!" He stated with a big grin on his face knowing his brothers would be just fine without him. "Aw, Lu, me and Sabo have been a wreck since you left, are you okay? DO WE NEED TO VISIT?!?" His voice got gradually louder. "Hmm... No, I'm fine for now Nii-Chan!" There go Ace and Sabo's hopes. "Alright, but when ever you do need us we'll be right there you hear?" "Shi shi shi you guys are so reliable." That made their hearts flutter until they both had a blush on their faces. "Bye Ace! You too Sabo" There was a faint muffled yell from the other line, most likely Sabo's. With that Luffy hung up the phone and went to the terrace.

Wow, Luffy thought. This is the same place Shanks is in! I can't wait to meet him again, it's been so long!!! I can tell him about all the stuff that happened since he left! Now that the sun had set, he could see the whole city light up under the bright crescent moon. Tomor'row he would get to finally start working at the Thousand Sunny too! He had been constantly thinking of what would happen next but he soon realized that today would be enough, tomorrow is tomorrow! Today was his last day unemployed! He thought a good way to celebrate was to make up his mind on dinner and put on his favorite movie The Pirate King! As he got hit huge price of steak from his bento that Sabo made him (more like ten, give or take how much he usually eats) he said onto the sofa and put in the disc. As the movie played his eyes got heavy and knew it was time for him to sleep. He shut off the movie and headed for bed and before he knew he was fast asleep.
