Prologue:
Titans first appeared in this world over 100 years ago. The Titans' brute strength was completely outclassed the average person.
Humanity was shoved to the brink of extinction almost over night. The survivors build three stalwart walls: Maria, Rose and Sina to repel the Titans, and secure territory for humanity's safety.
However...
That day, humanity remembered. The fear of their rule... The humiliation of being trapped in a birdcage... Titans...
The sudden appearance of the Colossal Titan brought the Wall crashing down with it, humanity's century-long peace.
Humanity yielded to the Titans' assault and abandoned the outermost Wall, Wall Maria, losing a fifth of its population and a third of its territory in the process. Humanity's domain receded all the way to Wall Rose.
But this setback also roused humanity from its slumber.
My eyes widened as I realised what was going to happen. He was going to kick a whole in the wall. Slowly but steadily, I started backing away, hoping nobody would notice.
A few seconds later, as I had guessed. A huge gust of wind came blowing through the town with huge boulders of rock mixed between.
I inhaled sharply and headed for the inner gate, not worrying about my mothers safety.
People were screaming, crying, and stampedes of people were running away from the man eating creatures.
I made it through the gate and headed for a boat, by all means if the Titan can kick down wall Maria why not the inner gate?

I stood up looking over the edge of the boat looking for my mother. A glimpse of red hair caught my eye making me stare. It was her, mom...
"I'm sorry miss, the boat is full." The soldier spoke to her.
My eyes widened. She wasn't going to make it. Without thinking I shouted her name, but it was no use. The boat had already left, leaving her there... waiting for her bitter death.
