===============================================================================

Flo reached for her door handle and slowly got out of the car and started walking to the trunk.

"Are you planning on staying in there all day Shiloh?" Flo commented coming around to my door and opening it. She had both of the suitcases in her hands.

     "Uh... n-no," I stuttered.

"Well the Williams are waiting," Flo turned her head toward the door of the house, "Look here they are now," she smiled at me then moved out of my view. I looked passed Flo towards three people, bundled in their coats.

The father had a full head of dark brown hair that angled forward and stuck out from his forehead a little ways. The mother had almost black wavy hair that curtained over her shoulders. Both of the parents had one of their arms around a girl who had her golden blond hair pulled into a low ponytail.

She smiled at me and as she ran over and grabbed my hand, "You can't sit in the car all day silly." I was yanked out of the car with a forceful pull.

"Natalie!" the mother yelled and came running over, "Don't break her, for pete's sake," she mumbled swatting Natalie's hand off of mine, "Sorry Darlin'," she stated in her southern accent, "What a way to be greated," giving Natalie a death stare.

"Sorry I just get so excited, we haven't had anyone here for ages," Natalie rolled her eyes at herself, "empasise on the word ages. Oh, by the way my names Natalie, you can call me Nat." she smiled and looked over her back to see her dad coming.

"Wow, are you sure you aren't three Natalie, because you definatly aren't a fourteen year old." Her dad smiled and took the suitcases from Flo, "I think we can handle her from here on out sheriff," Nat's dad smiled at me then started on his way toward the door.

I reached for my backpack, then I shut the car door, " Thanks Flo," I said to her before she got in.

"No prob," Flo grinned then got in her car and drove back down the winding dirt road.

     "Hey Shiloh!"

"Oh great, Natalie," I thought to myself. I wasn't sure if I liked her quite yet.

"Hey, you comin'," Nat smiled excitedly, "We're bunking."

Guess I'll have to tolerate her after all. I smiled to myself, "Yeah I'm coming."

We walked up to the white door and walked in. The house was huge! I slipped my boots off in the entryway and followed Natalie through the open and spacious kitchen. Her mom had walked into the kitchen and pulled a cookbook out of the cabinet. We turned left through a short hallway to see a living room with a flat screen tv and a very cushy brown couch. There was also a fireplace that was heating the room.

"Oh hey guys," Nat's dad panted coming down the stairs, "Both your suitcases are up there so you can get settled in. Then maybe Nat can show you around." He looked at Natalie and nodded his head.

     "Ok dad." she replied.

She trotted up the stairs and I followed behind. When we reached the top she stopped and I bumped into her. Natalie ignored it and walked down the hallway until we came to the last door on the right.

"Here we are," she stated and flung open the door. The walls were light blue and were covered with horse posters. There were two beds across from each other, above one of the beds there was a large window that sprayed its light all over the room. A white nightstand stood next to each bed, one of them held a pile of horse magazines and a lamp. The one by the window had an alarm clock and another lamp.

Nat hopped onto the bed next to the cluttered nightstand and grabbed a magazine, "You can have the other one."

"Ok, thanks," I muttered. I was a bit worn out from the three hour drive even though it was only about one o' clock. I started to unpack some of my things into a white dresser at the end of the bed. I had thrown the horse poster aside until I was done unpacaking.

"Hey, umm... Nat?" I stuttered. " Do you have any tape?"

"Yeah, here," She tossed me a roll from her nightstand with in one hand and with her other she was still holding onto the magazine reading it. I stuck the tape onto the back of the poster delicatly then stuck it above my bed.

She looked over towards the poster and smiled, "So you like horses?"

"Well... I never have really been around them or ridden them," I paused and scratched the back of my head.

"Come on then," Nat jumped to her feet and grabbed my hand and we flew through the door, down the stairs, and passed her father who was on the couch reading.

"Don't forget to do your chores Natalie!" He shouted after us.

We then walked to the entryway and pulled on our coats and boots.
