I took Ethan's hand and told him that Lachlan and I have nothing and that I love him. He looked at me with tears in his eyes I could tell he was trying to hold them back.
I didn't know what to say to make him feel better so I just kissed his cheek and he let go of his tears. One of them fell where I kissing him. It made me want to cry but I had to stay strong. I pulled away and saw Ethan's red, tear filled eyes.
Memories of when they were wide and filled with happiness came to me. We were so happy when it was just the two of us alone. I missed those times. I need those times.
