X Factor Love || Nicky McDonald & Luke Friend

A Job WITH Them?

(A/N: I don't know whether its been long since I updated or not...anyways all for the best in 2014)

Nicky P.O.V

So, I found out his name was Luke and he was from Devon. I also found out he could play the guitar and was quiet good at it. A strange feeling came across to me and read to me like we were both going to go far through the X Factor and become quiet good friends.

"We are nearly at the front now. I hope to see you again back stage, good luck if I don't"

I pointed out.

"Thanks mate, you too!"

I was waiting nervously back stage. Like, VERY nervous. I hadn't seen Luke yet, which I'd hope too!

"Nicholas McDonald!"

Someone read my name out loudly and clearly. It was time. To face. The music (and judges AGAIN)!

I stood up, kissed and hugged both of my parents then followed a young gentlemen to the side of the stage, ready to go on. He handed me a microphone and said,

"In 3.....2.....1"

That was it, i was walking on stage with my heart in my mouth trying to push out a tiny smile.

"So, Nicholas, nice to see you again. You were amazing in the room audition. Let's see if you can show these lot."

Nicole greeted me nicely and polielty.

"Thank-you."

This was my queue for the music....

Lukes P.O.V

He was on stage, singing his heart out bless him. Nicky. I wish I had saw him again before he went on but I had to remain seated.

Then he had finished and started to walk off. I met him back stage.

"Hey Nicky, well done! You done it! Your amazing. Now just wish me luck!"

"Aw Luke, thanks ever so much, nice to see you again pal and trust me you dont need luck because you'll just strum (guitar) your way through it."

"Cheers mate, I'll see you later. Here is my number. Hope to recieve a message from you soon!"

With that, I gave him a slip of paper, gave him a manly hug and walked on stage.

Laurens P.O.V

Tonight was a cosy night in for me and my friend, Megan. We were starting to fall asleep on the sofa until we heard the telly blaring the name,

'NICHOLAS MC DONALD!'

I literally sat up straight away which made Megan jump as she was lying on me.

Then he started singing. Oh how I loved him SO SO much! He was just such a talented, young, 16-year-old who seems very nice to get along with!

After he performed, Luke was on next so we stayed up and watched him too then fell back asleep.

It was morning. I had the biggest head ache ever and it was the worst head ache I've had in my life. I'm only 16 aswell! I was awake alone so decided to put the kettle on and make a cup of tea. Megan soon woke up as I heard her walk down the stairs.

"Morning Megz, sleep well?"

"Yeah, thanks Lau, your bed is the comfiest bed ever!"

"Haha, I'm glad and yet again theres another person who doesn't want to come out of my bed."

With that Megan chuckled and a letter fell through the post box. I walked to the door to pick it up whilst Megan stirred the tea. She became very helpful at times when living with her.

"Ooooh, it says the letter is for both of us, Megan?"

"Does it? Oh I'm coming to have a look."

I started to open it with Megan standing next to me. As I pulled it out a saw an X Factor logo. I stopped pulling the letter when I saw it and looked up at Megan.

"Keep going Lauren, you know how impatient I am!"

I pulled it out fully and dropped the envelope on the floor, unfolded the letter and started to read it out.

"Dear Lauren and Megan, we got your letter and replied as soon as possible..."

I stopped at that part because I was confused... what letter? I looked at Megan once again as she said,

"Yeah Lauren, about that letter..."

"Well..."

"I sent a letter to X Factor asking to have a job there..."

"OMG MEGAN, I NEED TO READ ON!"

"Yeah, you do!"

"...and congratulations, you have a job at the X Factor studios. The job you have achieved is Lauren being Nicholas McDonald's hair and make-up designer and Megan being Luke Friend's hair and make-up designer as the people before, resigned."

"OMG LAUREN WE ARE GOING TO WORK WITH OUR IDOLS!!!"

"AAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!!!"

We screamed in unison, ran to our rooms and got our suitcases out and started packing.

"This is going to be the best job EVER!"

With that I hugged my best friend and continued packing.
