X Factor Love || Nicky McDonald & Luke Friend

Meeting them AND another idol?

(A/N: 2 chapters in a day is good for me so do me proud and keep reading and voting and commenting!!)

Megan P.O.V

We were in the taxi on the way to the airport ,as we lived in Manchester and the X Factor studios in in London, when my phone rang. It was an unknown number. I answered.

"Hello?"

"Hello this is the X Factor studios calling, is this Megan on the phone?"

"Oh hello and yes it is how can I help?"

Lauren was staring at me and lip-spoke,

'Who is is'

I lip-spoke back,

'X Factor'

"Have you recieved our letter to you and Lauren about becoming hair and make-up stylists for 2 of our contestants?"

"Yes we sure have and we are on our way to the airport now as we are flying down and will probably make it in a few hours. Is that ok us arriving today?"

"That is brilliant, as we need to know if you are going to be good enough to take on the job."

"Oh thats good and we haven't stopped talking about it all morning!"

"Great, I'll see you in a couple of hours and I will message you the address for when you arrive in London."

"Thanks a lot, bye."

With that a hung up and smiled a big cheesy grin.

"I'm exhausted with all that running around this morning packing and literally having the tiniest bite of toast. I never feel like eating when I'm excited."

"Yeah me too Lau. I feel exactly the same. I think when we arrive at the airport we will check in then go straight to Starbucks. Does that sound like a deal?"

"Great deal Megz. Great deal."

I rested my head on Lauren's shoulder and relaxed. It wasn't going to be long before we met our favourite X Factor idols of all time.

Luke P.O.V

"Hey Nicky, come over here."

"Yes Luke..."

"Have you heard me and you are getting new hair and make-up stylists?"

"No, do you know who they are?"

"No but I have a feeling they know each other like best friends and are quiet young as I over heard one of the X Factor producers talking on the phone. Will you remember the names Megan and Lauren for me Nicky?"

"Sure mate, I need to go back to see Louis now though Lukey. I will catch up with you later and I'm going to check twitter out for them..."

"See you later!"

The hair and make-up stylists Nicky and I had the last time hated each other to bits and they only lasted one week. They weren't very good or attractive either. I mean, I wasn't looking for a relationship, just someone to get a long with, a good friend but I suppose I have Nicky for that!

Lauren P.O.V

Me and Megan were sitting in Starbucks, staring out of the window, watching some of the planes go by, thinking about what the outcomes this job would bring.

"I think I'll order a shortbread and a packet of crisps for the plane, seeing as we won't be on for long but I'll probably get hungry. Do you want anything Megan?"

"No, I'm fine thanks, I'm not that hungry. Actually would you mind getting me a bottle of water please, I'm quiet thristy and I'll give you the money later."
