Yeah, you.

Life kind of sucks right now, huh?

But you need to breathe.

It sounds stupid.

Childish even.

But just take a deep breath.

Just take it slow.

Not one day at a time.

Not even one step at a time.

But just one breath at a time.

Inhale and exhale.

You are precious.

You are important.

You are here for a purpose.

You may not know what that is yet.

You may feel like all you do is hurt people.

But you don't.

You may want to die.

But please don't.

You are so important.

You mean so much to everyone.

People may hurt you.

They don't matter.

They don't know how much it hurts.

That's okay though.

You are stronger than what people think of you.

You are loved.

You have a purpose.

You may not know how.

But you are destined for greatness.

So you. Breathe.

You're here for a reason.

You are loved no matter what.

And all you have to do is breathe.
