Do you ever feel numb?
I know I do.
Maybe it's chemical imbalances, maybe it's depression.
I call it awful.
The point is, everybody feels numb sometimes.
And you know what?
It's okay to feel numb.
It's okay to just want to scream and yell and cry all the same time.
It's okay to sit and stare at the wall for a while.
Because as a human, you have feelings
And sometimes they don't make sense.
Sometimes they do make sense.
And sometimes you just don't feel anything.
The important thing is to keep going.
To keep moving.
If you're not okay
it's okay to not pretend.
Maybe somebody got hurt
Or you got in a fight
Or you broke up with your boyfriend
Or your dog died
Whatever it is
You can deal with it
You are strong enough
You are brave enough.
Even when you don't feel strong
Even if you just feel numb
I believe in you
