I went to the park to think for a while. I sat down on a bench to rest my feet. It wasn't long before I noticed someone else coming my way.

"Hey." she said sitting down next to me.

"Christina?" I said surprised she was here "What are you doing here?"

"Just thought I'd come by to think a bit. You?" she looked at me curiously.

"Same."

The two of us sat quietly for a moment and suddenly started talking again.

"Have you wondered if God is against you?" she asked as a tear began to fall down her eye.

"Honestly, yes. I have." I told her.

"I don't know why, but sometimes it's like I'm not even meant to be happy."

"I know what you mean. I've felt the same way before." I told her.

We sat quietly again, thinking to ourselves. Suddenly she stood up and asked me if I wanted to walk with her. I nodded yes and stood up and began walking.

"So... Morgan?" she said.

"How'd you know my name?" I asked her.

"Twitter." she replied "Have you ever felt like there was no one out there for you? Like, you look at yourself and think 'Why would anyone ever love someone like me'?"

"I pretty much think that a lot." I lean over the rail against the pond and watch the sun go down, as she does the same.

"It's like your waiting for that one to just come along and sweep you off your feet." she starts to cry "Then all of a sudden they're gone."

"It's like you're a pauper searching the world for that beautiful princess. Never knowing for sure whether she loves you back." I reply.

"You know, you really do seem to get me." she smiled "Thank you."

I smile at her as we watch the sun continue to set.

"Morgan?" she's says again "I just... wish that there was more time..." she begins crying.

"God always picks the most beautiful flowers first." I tell her to try to cheer her up.

She smiles a little and looks up at the stars.

"That's what my mother said once." she said smiling.

I looked at her. She was hurting. It was then I knew I couldn't just sit around and do nothing. I began to leave as she asked me where I was going. I told her I was going to try to make things right. So I ran off to do so.
