#3. Little Red Laney Hood

Well here ya go 😄! First parody already up! Hope you enjoy this. Read on readerlings 😄!!!

P.S. I'm gonna RUIN your fairytale childhood stories because this is gonna be completely random and humorous. Don't say I didn't warn ya 😂! Randomness ensues.

"Okay! Set's ready, people already in costumes, let's begin! Mayor Mellow, please start the narrating," Flores ordered.

"Okay," Mayor Mellow cleared his throat and started reading from the script the girls (author) wrote.

       Once upon a time there was a girl named Laney. She was forced to wear a dress because her other cousins, Kate and Allie, threatened her that they would make her wear high heels and pig tails for the next two months of her life. To avoid that horrible fate, she chose to wear the dress and added a blood red cloak to hide the girly outfit. Laney had a bunch of other colored cloaks but let's just say, a certain wolf 'accidentally' burned them while pranking her.

        Laney wore the dress and cloak all the time. She was also short. Because of her height, everyone calls her 'Little Red Hood.' Then for the sake of it, someone added the word 'Riding' in it. (Seriously?! Am I the only one who's thinking how did the word 'Riding' get in the name?) So she became Little Red Riding Hood. But for the sake of the story, we'll all just call her Laney.

       Then one day, Laney was under a shady tree reading one of those romancy drama books; but she wouldn't let anyone find out about that. Her cousins, Kate and Allie, came to her.

"Laney, can you deliver this basket of treats to your other cousin Larry?" Kate said handing her the basket full of homemade sweets.

"He said he didn't like the ones he bought from a nearby store and said that the sweets there tasted like chalk and he wouldn't stand for that kind of mockery," Allie said.

"Why don't you or Allie do it?" Laney said looking to Kate.

"Do it or I will make you wear a pink dress for week 😇," Kate said sweetly. You can probably see the halo and horns on her head.

"Give me the basket. I'm gonna go now," Laney was then given the basket and skipped out onto the golden path.

*film burns and scratches are heard* "I don't skip!" Laney yelled. "Who wrote that?!" Everyone looks at the four girls and three of them (Electra, Becca, and Daisy) pointed to Flores. "I couldn't help myself! I had to add that to the script," Flores defended. Laney gives her the scariest glare ever. "Uh *gulps* where's Corey when you need his help on dealing with an angry Laney?" Flores gulped.

ONE REWRITE LATER

       Laney took the basket and started walking on the golden pathway to Larry's house.

       Little did she know that a blue haired crazy planning boy in a wolf costume was nearby, watching. He smirked a playful smirk and wandered deep into the woods.

       The boy in a wolf costume was named Corey. Corey was always planning crazy plans and was a prankster, and a horrible prankster at the most. He was sweet and cute (although Laney would never honestly admit it outloud to him because he was always pranking her and has a huge crush on him but we're going way off topic so I'm gonna stop now). But when he has a crazy plan in mind and it involves pranking Laney, it was go time!
