Ashley's POV

I was terrified. In fact I was more than that. I couldn't even describe the fear I felt in that moment, knowing that I was trapped in my own home as a violent criminal paraded around my house like he owned the place.

I looked quickly around the room for anything, anything at all that I could use to my advantage, but there was nothing. Even the window was tightly sealed.

I wanted to cry, tear my hair out and just downright throw a tantrum, but I knew it would do no good. I had to clear my head and keep calm.

Andy's POV

I stared angrily at my reflection. How could I have gotten myself into this mess? How could I have been so stupid? If I get caught it's game over for me, but at the same time I couldn't let myself rot in jail.

I took a deep breath and straightened myself out. I gave myself one last hard look at myself before leaving the bathroom.

I didn't know what to do with the guy in the bedroom. I couldn't kill him. They'd know it was me and give away where I am. No. I can't allow that.

I roughly opened the bedroom door and immediately grabbed the first flying straight for my face.

The guy whimpered, as I tightened my hold on his fist.

"I'll let that one go, because I deserved it. But if you dare try that again I won't hesitate to cut off your arms and feed them to you" I snarled, roughly shoving him backwards into the bed.

"Can't you just leave me alone! I haven't done anything to deserve this for God's sake!" He yelled, tears brimming. I couldn't help but to roll my eyes.

"Listen, I've already told you all I want is to stay here for awhile. As long as you don't get in my way I won't have to hurt you." I explained as if I were talking to a five year old.

"But it's not that easy! Your face is everywhere and if they find you, then I'm gonna be taken away as well! I couldn't survive in prison. I wouldn't last two goddamn seconds!" Tears were freely running down his face now and I felt a pang of guilt which I immediately pushed away.

I pinched the bride of my nose in annoyance "You're gonna wake up the whole fucking neighbourhood with your damn screeching." I snapped, my patience wearing thin.

He sniffled and looked down "well what do I do now?" He asked meekly.

"Just go to sleep. We can talk more about this in the morning"

The fight in him had completely gone as I watching him flop back into the bed and turn on his side, away from me. I sighed before leaving the room and locking the door again, just in case.

I made sure the front door was locked before laying down on the sofa. I stared up at the ceiling and briefly considered sleep, before deciding against it. I needed to be alert. But surely closing my eyes for a few minutes wouldn't hurt, would it?
