The womwom fruit was a temporary devil fruit. It turned you into a woman for 3 months. If you had kids in that time it tripled their growth so they arise early and healthy.

"uggg!" I whimpered. Not again. "Not after last time.."
"TOO BAD!" He screeched and threw me down. As everything faded I heard him say.
