One of the biggest rivals and England brought it home. The match was quite intense and there was many opportunities.
Of course Daniel Sturridge was the first one to find the back of the net making it 1-0 before half time. Scotland played well but at times their defence was caught off guard. Raheem Sterling made some good runs and had many chances to score himself, but didn't. I think he lost a bit of confidence whilst he was in the box, but he was a good addition to the game.
I was very much impressed with the team as a whole. Adam Lallana score the second goal and a surprising goal from Gary Cahill (after he got a yellow card) made it three goals to England.
I think that England could do well in the World Cup. I'm not sure about them making to the semi finals, but ya know. I would of liked to see Harry Kane on as well as Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott, perhaps maybe some younger players like Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford. Plus I wished that Jamie Vardy had played for a while longer, but the game was good.
Players who stood out to me:
England:
-Raheem Sterling
-Daniel Sturridge
-Gary Cahill
-Kyle Walker
-Jordan Henderson
-Adam Lallana (doing the most 💪 👀)
-Joe Hart (great saves 😍😍🔥)
