Walk Through Hell For You... (Alec Lightwood)

My body reacts quickly to the staff coming at my face. I block it with my own multiple times before it is hit lightly against my chest. My legs go out from under me making my body make contact with the hardwood floor of the institute.

Jace appears above me, a smirk plastered on his face.
"You better work on your defense little sister." I send a glare his way pushing myself up off the ground. A snicker sounds in my ears. There is no doubt that its Alec. I could recognize his voice in a second.

"Damn, Ari." He laughs again. I walk up to him shoving him to the side. Alec doesn't stop laughing. Dumbass. I charge him landing with my legs around his waist. I bring my back foot against the back of his knee, resulting in him falling to the ground.

"Damn, Alec." I mock before walking off to find Izzy. She has to help me get ready to go to Pandemonium tonight.

I find her already in my room going through my closet. Im not as girly as her so she doesn't make me wear dresses. But she does make me wear incredibly tight clothing, much to my dislike.

She throws an outfit at me before walking into my bathroom. I quickly change into the clothing before marching downstairs.

"Ready, Ari?" Alec asks swinging his arm around my shoulder. A blush forms on my cheeks but I try to hide it by looking at the floor. "Yup." I say. Jace walks up to us looking at what I am wearing. He clearly disapproves.

"Nope, change. I don't want any demons looking at my little sister." He states shaking his head.

"Jace, thats the plan." I whisper as if it is a complete secret. Alec laughs from behind me making Jace send a glare his way.

"I don't want Alec looking at my baby sister either." Alec's face goes blank as he looks at me. A blush forming on my face. I've always liked Alec. But he doesn't like me. I'm probably just a little sister to him.

"I was not." He glares at Jace his face immediately going cold as usual. I usually make him smile. But sometimes other things or
People can. Its usually Izzy or me to make him laugh. Its not often but when it happens my heart skips a beat. His smile is beautiful.

I walk down the sidewalk my bow in hand. Pandemonium comes into view as do Izzy and Alec. I walk beside Jace as we approach the building. I kept myself unglamorized when I go in the club. Its what I usually do until I'm in a room with the demons.

We continue walking until Jace bumps into a mundane. Shit. She sees us. Did Jace forget his rune?

I continue into the club smashing into a guy with glasses. He's a mundane. Kinda cute.
"Sorry, didn't see you there." I laugh awkwardly. Alec stares from a distance probably wondering what all the hold up is. The mundane blushes looking away clearly trying to hide it.

"Ariella!" Alec's voice brings me back to reality. We've got demons to kill. I smirk up at the boy before disappearing into the club after Alec and Izzy. I bite my lip as I walk off into a dark corner putting the invisibility rune under my jacket where no demon could see. I walk out from the corner completely invisible to any mundane. Izzy stands on a table dancing showing off her body. My feet carry me over to her.

I lean on the table that she stands on. The demons eyes glance over my body making me feel quite uncomfortable, but its my job. Izzy begins to flirt with the things motioning to the back room where Alec and Jace wait for us to lure the demons. Neither of them were exactly comfortable with us offering sex to the demons, Jace especially.. Me being his little sister and the only one he has left he is very over protective of me.

Alec on the other hand is a stubborn ass that doesn't want either one of us to do anything on our own. He loves us dearly even though he doesn't show it much. The fact that he only thinks if me as a sister hurts as well. But that I am most definitely used to that happening.

I sway my hips a little more then usual as I walk into the room. The demon comes to me pressing his body against mine. I feel slightly awkward as I whisper in his ear to back up. Multiple demons flood the room and in comes Jace and Alec to help kill the bastards. Just as I am about to kill one the doors to the room fly open. A girl with fiery red hair enters the room screaming out for the demon that I was about to kill to look out. The demon turns to me throwing me against the wall. I let out a cry of agony earning the attention of Alec and my brother.

Alec rushes to me killing two demons on the way. Izzy kills the last one glaring at the mundane girl. "You could have gotten Ari killed!" She snaps walking my way quickly. Alec presses on my side where all the pain had been.

"I'm fine, Alec. Just got the air taken from me by a dumbass mundane." I joke. He kisses my head as Jace pulls me to my feet.

"Im standing right here you know." The mundie states.

"True. Why are you still here, mundie? You're free to leave and forget anything that ever happened here tonight." I growl Jace's hand finding its way to mine in the process. He saw the look in my eyes. The look I get when I am about to attack. But shadow hunters aren't supposed to attack mundanes. We're supposed to protect them.

I take a deep breathe as Jace begins to talk to the mundie about what we are. She looks at us in disbelief. Fucking idiot. How in the hell is Jace going to explain this to Hodge.

The ginger haired girl runs from the building Jace following quickly after her. Fucking hell Jace. He is going to get an earful tomorrow.
