setteling in - Chapter three

I know everything happens for a reason, but sometimes I wish I knew what that reason was. So that nigth when I stormed to the woods I don't know what happened! I can't remeber. I mean it felt like it wasn't just Wavy that took over my body, it was 7 other wolfs. Is that possible? And that's all I can remeber!

Anyway Its been a few days, I managed to get quite a reputation in school 'A cocky, sexy bitch that dates the Mr. Ungetable - The most wanted male  in town' I guess after all my dressing sence wasn't quite approved either! After I met Al, Hugo seemed to be really distant, I mean he was still there with me all the time in school but it seemed as it was not comfortablefor him, every time I tried to talk to him he just changed the subject.

Al seemed to be going away all the time sometimes with my dad 'taking care of buisness' , it seemed as he found a new best friend. I forgot to describe my farther! He is.. Very young. His girl had me when she was 16, crazy I know, she died giving birth and at 20 he remaried again. And she died two years ago, she died as my mom because I never really knew my mother, also me and my dad look really really alike, almost like a brother and a sister. Me and my day have always been really close, I guess because he's so young. So him and Al seemed to be getting closer and going off for 'work' which I wasn't aloud to know about because I wasn't ready. I felt so uncomfortable here, I mean it was only good when Al was by my side.

"Ms Belle" (my last name) I hear a distant voice of my science teacher pulling me out of my thoughts

"Ah? Yes?"

"Would you like to come to the board and answer the question Effy?"

"ah.. Yes Sir.. I am sorry!"

At lunch I decided to pin Hugo down and make him explain himself.

"Hugo. Explain to me what is going on with you. Now"

"Or what?"

"Or I will have no choice but to lose my only friend in school. I mean it"

"Fine Effy look! It's not that easy! All I can say family history.. I mean feelings are compliacted right?"

"What are you talking about? Oh my.. Are you like in.. love.. with me?"

"What? noo.. I mean.. No! Ok I have to go, Ican'tdothisrightnow" He breathed out and left before I could say a word. I mean what is going on here? Literally WTF?!

Irrotated and tired from school I decided to leave school early, go for a walk. I went to the old part of the city, where normal people are usually frightened to go. I slowly take in every part off the beautiful, old, sight. It's misty here the buildings are very old and some are partially destroyed from bomb attacks 'I don't like it hear..'  '

'I need some space, somewher to think, to work things out.. I will go soon, I promise!'

I walk through old streets glancing into old houses 'God mighty! Who lives here? It's like an ancient world!' The roads here are pretty crap I must say. Wearing heels to this sight viewing was definatly a mistake!

"Ouch!" 'Yep what did I say? I got my heel stuck'

"Easy there! where are going?" I see a topless guy right in front of me, and suddenly I feel unreal anger boiling up inside my veins.. For no reason..?

"Right now?" I give him a killer look "Im trying to get my fucking heel out"

"Here, Let me help" He bends down in metter of a quater of a second

"wooow.." when he touches my foot I feel waves of calmness trying to fight wih anger. And his arm, WHAT? It was almost as he was sucking something out of me.. I see dark flows coming from foot into his arm in shapes of spirals, forming intoold old ruins. I was so mesmorised and confused, I couldn't even move..

"BACK OFF RAI" That wasn't a scream, that was a high pitched bird scream or something like that! It was like someone snapping me out of a dream, burning my ears. I turn around to see.. Sarah? Sarah was my father's younger friend ages ago. She was slightly younger then Al and I have not seen her in years! I thought she was dead?

"Sarah.. What are you doing here? I thought you were.. D-d-dead"

She grabs my arm pinning the guy down to the ground with her eyes, paralising him in pain, I've heard about talanted wereolfs, but this... "Let's go, Now Elizanisia!" No one called by my full name.. Almost no onw. She makes me speed walk away from that place, as fast as possible, digging her very sharp nails deep into my arm. 'Effy what was that? I couldn't reach you! It was like someone broke off our conection..'  'I don't know Wavy..'

"Effy look at me" she says after breaking long silence which seemed to last forever! By that point we were back out on the normal streets "We don't have much time. You are not to go there ever again. Do you understand? Next time I'm not gonna be there to save you. YOU NEVER GO THERE. Never. You must start learning and emracing yuor powers as we are all running out of time. Don't ask Bran"  (Thats my father)    "or Al" 

"Wait how do you.."

"That doesn't metter now. Don't ask them about me or you and most importantly do not, under any circumstances mantion what just happpened. Al Wouldn't know your connection was broken, you must not tell anyone. Just remeber dig for old books, learn about yourself and embrace your power"

"EEEEEFFFYYYY!" I hear Hugo from far away

"Shit. Quickly take this" She passes something tiny into the palm of my hand "You can't lose this. It will help you. Find the rest of them!" And she just vanished.

"Effy! Where have you been? Have I upset you that much that you even left school?" He smiled appearing in front of my face, not for long he saw my pale, schocked face "Effy are you ok?"

"hm.. Yah.. Yah.. I'm fine. Sorry I needed some space" I sigh "Hm do you mind if I ask you to leave? I'm really sorry, nothing personal i just need space." I was hoping Sarah would re-appear from no where again.

"No worries! Take care" He smiles and runs off.

I take a deep breath in and out.. Phew! 

I open my hand to see...

Ow God!
