The first few chapters may seem somewhat longer than others but around the 5th chapter they start getting up to 200 words. Also this book isn't going to be that long because it's just giving you a insight on what everyone was like and how friendships and relationships started. The next few books in the serious will be much more well written and longer. Enjoy!
