Magick can sometimes be considered both a blessing and a curse, yes, that's the truth, with great powers come great responsabilities indeed. It's been three months already since Andrea began her training with the magic Spheres, learning more and more about magick, becoming enlightened and starting to believe in her powers by each passing day.

It all started with a brightful morning of July, six months after she has Awakened to the Truth and learnt about the true nature of the world and its inhabitants, on her journey she met many kinds of beings, Garou, spirits, Cainites and other Magi of the other magical Traditions, she even got the chance to face Technocrats on her road, not the black suits, they were too strong even for Ethan himself, her master.

The shack appeared to be renewed after the passing months, now the spirits frequented the place almost every day, seeking help or knowledge, bargaining their own aswell. Andrea was sitting by the fire with her drums, looking at Ethan to show her the last step in her training in order to survive.

"Listen to me now, Andrea, this is the last step for you and it's truly important for you to learn it because it'll save your life one day, trust me, it saved mine a countless of times. Now pay attention, remember that song I've taught you last night, right? Now you'll have to play it with your drums as you enter a trance, focusing on that fire in order to step to the other side, focus on it, focus seeing a barrier between you and the fire, and you'll have to break that barrier to reach it, that's the way I see it, pierce the barrier to reach the other side, get me?"

She nods acknowledging what he had to say, starting to play the drums as she enters a deep trance in the process, her body starting to fade away, vanishing completely, landing in the same place she's been a countless of times, now on her own, but Ethan appeared there in a matter of seconds, her unicorn being there aswell.

Her belief was stronger than ever at that given moment, she knew she could do it, she in fact did it, she was so happy about that moment gazing upon both her companion and master with a smile on her face as she pushes herself up, holding her staff briefly as she awaits for Ethan to continue what he has to say.

"Congratulations darling, you've done that well... I am so proud of you."

"That's my friend, you've done a great job! I'm so happy!" says the unicorn.

"Now, this will be the last thing I'll teach you, the electric barrier and manipulating fire... are you ready?" she nods and he continues his sentence "Good, now pay attention carefully, to form that barrier you have to focus on your whole being, think of the staff as an extension of both your soul and body, visualize it as you channel your energies, visualize electricity falling down your staff, straight to your body, surrounding you, got it?"

"Yes, I will do it." she says while she holds her staff up to the sky, chanting something in Odu, she vibrates the word for lightning, a barrier forming around her, a bright blue electric charge surrounding herself in a matter of seconds as she eyes Ethan.

"Very well... now... here! Catch!" he quickly points her staff at the campfire which is by his side, raising a fireball he launches at her, being faster she uses her reflexes to raise her staff at it, channeling her own will and belief on deflecting and controlling the fireball back at the campfire.

"Hm... Good... now there's nothing else I have to teach you, but there's something else I have to tell you... even tho you know our customs and magick, you're not a Dreamspeaker yet, in fact you're still a simple Awakened girl, seeking knowledge... in order to become one of us you have to pass the initiation... I will fill you in the next morning... now go and rest, you can train aswell... return on your own so I know you're ready.
