Alex was staring at the shark tank she saw at the aquarium with Gabriel during the body swap effects. She had a few dreams here and there, reoccurring in a random order. This one was her favorite next to the Blue Ringed Octopus. Castiel stands beside her also looking at the tank. He wasn't typically here but she was enjoying her temporary sight to really notice. She could see his vessel too and that was a first.

"The angels are coming for you." He says nonchalantly

"What?" She looks at him now

"The angels are coming for you, to try and lure Gabriel out. I've been trying to tell them he's good but they're insistant on getting him in front of Michael. Protect him if you can." Cas was worried about Gabe, they were close

"Can you come back home soon?"

"Maybe. There's also something else you should know." He says hesitantly

"Go on Cas" she urges gently

"Don't get tricked into saying yes."

"Right. Protect Gabe, say no. Got it." She mutters

"You seem to be taking this rather well." The angel notices

"What can I say? I'm a Winchester after all and it's not like the boys are quiet when they whisper. It amazes me how they've escaped mental institutionalization thus far."

"I must go now. Be safe." He says and turns to leave

"Wait Cas!" She hugs him tightly

"Please come home soon? We miss you." She says

"Okay. Soon." He nods and disappears

Alex wakes up next to her angel, with a small headache. How was she gonna protect him? She got an idea that she knew was gonna be the only way to work but she was already dreading it. Good thing she was the best actor she knew. She gets off the bed and sits at the table doing a little research on Sams laptop, using headphones so not to wake anyone. She found out that Lucifer, even cast down, had to get permission to possess someone. That at least was some sort of good news.

Sam woke up first and took off for one of his jogs, she saw him off with a hug and a good luck.

Dean woke up second. Earlier than usual, he hated it, but he left too. He went out to get greasy ass food for his hangover.

She decided to find out how someone became a vessel. Turns out, they were chosen from birth. So she didn't get a say at all. She puts her face on her hands. A hand rests on her shoulder, Gabriel being the only one here made this easier.

She stands up angrily. He had seen what she was researching but didn't except what was coming. Not nearly.

"Why didn't you tell me?" She demands, loudly.

"Who told you?"

"I'm not stupid. Why wouldn't you tell me something like this?!"

"I didn't want you to try anything."

"You lied to me in a huge way Gabriel! What if they got to me!? What if they tricked me into saying yes because I had no idea Lucifer was back!?" She screams

She was dying inside, she wasn't upset but she had to piss him off, enough for him to not answer her phone calls or care where she was for a few days. It seemed to be working.

"I didn't want you hurt! My brother is dangerous and you would go out of your way to find stuff out!"

"I hate you. You lied to me in a huge way, I had to find out from someone else the truth. Stay away from me" she storms out the door and takes the chance to smash her phone against the ground.
