A/n: in this one shot, stiles is with Malia and Allison is still alive. everyone is sitting at a table at lunch and Lydia sees stiles and Malia kissing, she runs out and stiles goes after her.

3rd person POV:

Lydia walked over to the packs table, taking a seat next to her best friend who was sitting next to her boyfriend, Scott McCall. Lydia looked up to see Malia glaring at her, she tried to ignore it. Stiles came and sat down infront of Lydia,
Of course he'd sit infront of me she thought to herself.
Before stiles could even set his lunch tray down, Malia shoved her tongue down his throat. It took a second but eventually stiles started to return the kiss, well it was more like 2 zombies trying to eat each other's face, in Lydia's opinion anyway.

Malia opened her eyes, darting them at Lydia,
If looks could kill she thought to herself.
Malia's eyes flashed blue, while she glared at Lydia. Lydia however was trying to keep her head down and not look at the love of her life kiss her.
Lydia whispered to Allison,

'Is it just me or is Malia trying to make me jealous?'

'It's definitely not just you, I mean those glares she's giving you' Allison shivered as the word glares escaped her mouth.

Lydia looked back to see stiles looking at Malia the way he used to look at her. Lydia could feel the tears In her eyes, burning the bottom of her eyeballs. Lydia stood up quietly before anyone could see the heartbroken tears escape her emerald green eyes.
She turned around and instantly ran off. Stiles pulled his eyes away from his clingy girlfriends direction onto the direction where Lydia was running of to. He glanced at Allison, who was about to go after her best friend.

'I'll go' he said

Malia nearly choked on the water she just drank, she glared at stiles and said through gritted teeth,

'If Allison wants to go then let her go, why should you care if she's ok?'

To which Allison replied to,
'Malia, jealousy is not a good colour on you.'

The whole table roared with laughter and a small chuckle escaped stiles' mouth.

'I'll be back now'

He said as he started to walk in the direction Lydia ran in.
He finally reached the halls and could hear quiet sobbing coming from the boys locker room. Stiles opened the door as a small squeak echoed on the almost empty Locker room.

'Allison if you're trying to make me feel better, you won't be able to. You don't know what it's like to see the person you love, love someone else that isn't you. He's moved on and I can't change that, I waited to long and I never knew what I had until Malia came in and took him from me. We don't even hang out anymore, he's too busy babysitting his girlfriend' a small sob came from Lydia's mouth as she muttered the last word,
'I know you think I should tell him how I feel but I'm afraid to be rejected by the person who makes me happy, if I were him I'd choose her too' Lydia couldn't hold it back anymore, loud cries bounced of the walls around her.
'I love him Allison, I love him so much it hurts'
At this point Lydia had closed her eyes as her back leant on the ice cold locker, sending a shiver down her spine.
'I just wish that it was me he was kissing, I still can't get the taste of his mouth out ever since we kissed here and I know it was only because he had a panic attack bu-'
The strawberry blonde was cut off by a pair of warm lips, indulging her in a loving, passionate kiss. She could feel the butterflies in her stomach as the boy kissed her. His lips to her tasted like mint, and to him she tasted like strawberries.
His heart thudded against his chest, as he pulled away from the lips he had longed to kiss since 3rd grade.
Their foreheads rested together as they both took deep breaths, Lydia opened her once soaked eyes. She couldn't believe what happened.

'Say that again' a hushed raspy voice said to her,

'Which part?' She whispered

'I love him so much'

'I love him so much' she repeated, with a sheepish smile.

Stiles leaned In for another kiss, this time he cupped her rosy cheeks with his warm hands as she wrapped her hands around his neck.

After minutes of passionate kissing, they finally pulled apart.

A silence fell across the room but was eventually broken by stiles' comforting voice,

'Why do we always end up kissing in the boys locker room?' He chuckled as Lydia smiled.

She had him and he had her. Just like they'd always wanted.
