SHORT ANSWER: No.

"For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God's gift -- not from works, so that no one can boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9).
It is true that works are an important and vital par of our Christian faith. However, if we just have works, and no faith, it's not good for us.
Faith in God plays a big, monumental role in our Christian walk. We put our faith and trust in the Lord and have to trust that He will provide for and bless us. And He will, and He does.
There are a lot of "good people." People who don't curse, who aren't bullies, and so forth. However, it is important to remember that they are still sinful. If you are all works and no faith, then you are not truly saved and need to pray and ask Jesus to be your Savior and Lord. Just like we put our faith in a chair that when we sit in it that it will hold us up, we need to have faith in the Lord that He will provide for us.
